theres should be calculators you can use in the game. you type in your village or clan then it lists all your jutsus for that clan or village. then you click on any jutsu from the list that comes up. then like if it was raikyuu from cloud which is a straight attack you give your nin (you can give your chakra too) then it will say how much you can hit at that nin (and if you said your chakra then it will say how many times you can use it.) and there could also be a way to click on nin (instead of nin or chakra) and then you type in the damage for whichever jutsu you click on the damage you want it to be able to hit like maybe 20k damage so you can one hit the snow-nins. then for the jutsu you had it will say how much nin you will need to get to hit that much damage. or if you were a nara and wanted to see how long you could hold you could enter your chakra after clicking on the nara clan and the jutsu and it will say how long your shibari will last. or a uchiha can see how good its sharingan freeze is by typing in gen and it will say how long it will hold and there will also be a "target gen" which you type in. so if you are thinking of making a uchiha and you want to see how good it is at 15k gen. you type in 15k gen for yourself and for target you could type in maybe like 10k gen (because opponents gen also affects how long it lasts i think, or maybe just if it will hold someone or not) and you could see how long your haku mirrors can last with or without sensatsu. and then for tai clans you type in your clan and then the jutsu and you put any tai amount you want and then you put the defense of the target you use it on.
this will help people decide which clan or village they wany to pick because they will see how much damage it will do. will help especially in v4 when theres like 20 clans and villages so they will get a better idea of what to choose cause most people will be clueless for like the first 2 weeks of what to choose and maybe choose something stupid :D
