their should be some kind of countdown or time before the war starts so the people can be ready. like sometimes when you are training and thiers war, you have to rest and then go into the war and your village could have already lost or be half dead by then. so if their was something that pops up saying like your village declares war on leaf, it could give you 10-15 seconds to rest or take off weights or do whatever you have to, to get ready for the war. also if you won your last war and have everyone standing right where the person is going to spawn, you can kill them really before they can move or attack so, everyone should be sent out of the war room after a war. then there should be a limit to how many times you verse a team like you can only verse the same village once every 3 or 5 minutes so that you cant keep challenging the same village just to beat them or to annoy them.
or you could have colored clothing, like whenever you war depending which village you are your clothing goes all the same color, (you dont have to have it like this previously, it automatically changes when entering war) so like you dont have to make your village members wear the same color because it will just happen at the start of the war.
