Villages
Leaf

Leaf village is the most popular village in Naruto. It has been attacked by the legendary bijuu Kyuubi. It also has the student Naruto Uzumaki the new holder of Kyuubi. Leaf village is recognizied for it's Fire jutsu's and it's laef symbol(Representing leaf concintration). You will learn jutsu's fast including; Goukakyuu, and Housenka. Leaf is good for Stamina/tai users, and for beginners.
Jutsu's
Goukakyuu: This is a very good jutsu, not in strength but in it's wide, short range combination. You can blast through walls with this jutsu making it almost impossible to dodge.

Housenka: This jutsu is mediumly powerful and it is a long range jutsu with a very short wide range, but it can shoot faster than almost any other jutsu.

Endan: This is a jutsu that is a long range, it's firing duration is higher, but damage is greatly increased!

Leaf Speacial: Probably one of the best taijutsu's in game, you come behind the enemy and poke two fingers up there butt, and shoot them flying.
Overall: ***
It is only really easy for beginners do if you are a veteran find another village!
Mist

Mist village is none for Zabuza and Haku. It is the second most popular village. This village is for mainly veterans and nin users. Mist village is recognized for it's water jutsu's. You will learn jutsu's including;Suiton Suiryuudan No Jutsu, Kirigakure no Jutsu, Suiton Daibakufu No Jutsu, Suirou no Jutsu, and Suiton Suikoudan No Jutsu.
Jutsu's
Suiton Suiryuudan No Jutsu: Is the waterfall jutsu, this is a medium total jutsu, it is well rounded and has no speacilaties.
Kirigakure no Jutsu: This jutsu creates a feild of mist where you can hide in and avoid taijutsu attacks, also you attack the enemy doing a percent of there health.

Suiton Daibakufu No Jutsu: This is much like Housenka, execpt it cannot shoot as fast.

Suirou no Jutsu: This jutsu holds an enemy in a water prison, but you have to be one space away to do this.

Suiton Suikoudan No Jutsu: This is water dragon the best most powerful water jutsu for mist.
Overall: ****
Once again this village learns it's jutsu's really fast and they are very good.
Cloud

Cloud has had it's hidden scroll stolen by many vilagers for there battle plans. This village is very unprotected and stealing it is only a C rank mission! Cloud users are usually very old veterans, or nin/gen users. Cloud is recognize for it's lightning jutsu's. You will learn these jutsu's including; Raikyuu No Jutsu, Rairyuu No TatsumakiIkazuchi, No Kiba Futagoza No Jutsu
Jutsu's
Raikyuu No Jutsu: Is a very powerful lightning jutsu shooting really fast doing imense damage with high nin.
Rairyuu No Tatsumaki: Is a very powerful jutsu that can move it's direction in mid air making it able to home the eenmy down for a short period of time.
Futagoza No Jutsu: Is a short ranged jutsu doing more damage than either of the other two cloud jutsu's.
Cloud Speacial: Rains Lightning for a large area and damage.
overall: *****
This village is only for long time veterans and people who will stick with the village till the last jutsu. It's high powered jutsu's that can shoot long, medium, and short range make it one of the best!
Stone

Stone is none as the Tai village! It is not to popular, but people are afraid to even go into Stone of the threat of dying from ANBU! You will learn these jutsu's including; Doton Doryo Dango, Doton Doryuuheki, Doton Doryuudan.
Jutsu's
Doton Doryo Dango: This jutsu is where you throw a massive hunk of mud/dirt/rock at the enemy doing alot of damage
Doton Doryuuheki: This is a taijutsu that makes a wall to protect or trap yourself/enemies/allies.
Doton Doryuudan: This jutsu makes a dragon come and shoot mud at the enemy
Stone Speacial: It makes a huge pile of stone, that if an enemy is inside, then his/her health is lowered and chakra drained for you.
Overall: ****
This is a very good village for tai users(Mainly all of there jutsu's are tai!). It is just that they learn jutsu's at too high levels making it hard for beginners.
Sand

Sand is known for Shukaku and the ninja Gaara who holds his ultimate power. Sand village also has some of the highest protection and some say that there are hidden scrolls that sand protects there. Sand village is for chakra users. You will learn these jutsu's including; Suna Bunshin No Jutsu, Fuuton Kaze Dangan No Jutsu , Suna Shuriken, Fuuton Renkuudan No Jutsu, Fuuton Daitoppa No Jutsu, Suna Nami no Jutsu
Jutsu's
Suna Bunshin No Jutsu: This can create up to two sand clones, which do more damage than regular kage bunshins.
Fuuton Kaze Dangan No Jutsu: This is a long ranged jutsu that shoots heated up sand until it turns to glass.
Suna Shuriken: This makes a shuriken out of sand to cut the enemy when thrown at a very high rate.
Fuuton Renkuudan No Jutsu: A type of power up move. Shukaku uses it to blast a huge amount of air from his mouth.
Fuuton Daitoppa No Jutsu: Using the wind, ninja can push its opponents far.
Suna Nami no Jutsu: Not a very powerful jutsu in the least, this technique is mainly used to stop oncoming attacks or to psyche out the enemy.
Sand Speacial: It makes lightning rods shoot to the ground, they then come up and stab/shock you
Overall: *****
This village has alot of jutsu's, which you can learn fast. This is a village you will stick with to the end. You also have sonme of the highest protection here. This is mainly a chakra village though.[i/]
Star

Must be level 450!
This village is most famous for there star that gives infinite power to whoever can control it. Star members are always seen meditating around it, and some dying. They also can use there chakra in a way to inhance there body in different ways.
Jutsu's
Kujaku Myouhou: This makes your chakra flourish around you, it resembles the tail of a pea****. Most star jutsu's must have this activated first.

Kujaku Myouhou Yoku: This molds your Pea**** Tail jutsu into wings, this gives you about the speed of a Bijuu.

Kujaku Myouhou Tate: This molds your chakra into a sheild, blocking everything that it is hit with.

Kujaku Myouhou Zan: This makes a whip that can hit enemeis at long ranges to do alot of damage.

Kuukan: This teleports you and your enemy into space.

Meteor: This takes no hand signs, it allows the user to force meteors down from the sky upon there enemy.

Kujaku Myouhou Kemono: This is the Beast form, it is a homing attack with insane damage upon the enemy.

Overall:*****
This village has alot of jutsu's and they are all very good!
Nano

Must be level 450!
This clan is famous for there ability to control flowers with all of there jutsu's. They aren't that much none of, and not that much seen.
Jutsu's
Hana Shuriken: This instantly thrwos 4 flowers, and turns them to as hard as steel with his/her chakra.

Hyakka Seisho: This is much like Hana Shuriken, execpt it makes the flowers turn into a needle state.

Hyakka Ryouran: This is a genjutsu move. It blinds you with flowers that swirl around your character then soon 4 fire balls close in and explode from all directions.

Overall:****
They are pretty good, but are limited with there jutsu's. And you have to reborn.
Snow

Must be level 450!
They are very unkown, but Snow-Nin are none to actually be in the dungeons and attack animals/players. There are three stages of those kind, they are also mostly just rouge Snow-Nin. Snow-nin are actualy known for there summoning powers and there control of ice.
Jutsu's
Hyo-ton: Tsubame Fubuki: This creates a bird out of ice, it will then ram you with its infinitely sharp beak.

Hyo-ro- no Jutsu: This is about the same as Water prisom. It traps them in ice ,execpt for a longer time.

Hyo-ton: Ro-ga Nadare no Jutsu: This is actually Snow's only Snow village jutsu. It makes a tiger, atop an avalanche of snow attack you.

Hyo-ton: Itsukaku Hakugei: This makes a gigantic whale out of ice, then with its almighty horn it rams into anything in its way.

Hyo-ton: Kokuryu-bo- Fu-setsu: This is the black-ice jutsu(Much like Amaterstu). It creates a dragon out of black ice to home down and kill anything in its path.

Overall:*****
They will take an immense chakra to do all of these jutsu's, but they all will do insane damage.


Organizations

Sound

This is the most popular orginization. Sound is notorious for starting wars, killing inesent people, Orochimaru, the sound five, and Sasuke one of the most deadly sound members. Sound is mainly for rouded players. You will learn these jutsu's including; Cursed Seal, Cursed Seal 2, Zankuuha, Zankyokukuuha,and Kyoumeisen.
Jutsu's
Cursed Seal: This is the first sign of the bite from Orochimaru. It creates black spots all over you with a purple aura. It makes you very stronger(x2 tai, x2 stamina, x2 defence).
Cursed Seal 2: This is the final sign of the bite. It morphs your body with long hair and wings, also increasing your muscle size greatly(x3 tai, 5x chakra, 4.5x stamina, x2 defence) therefore ripping all of your clothes but your pants.
Zankuuha: This is were you have sound holes in your hands letting out sound waves in a straight line doing alot of damage.
Zankyokukuuha: This is a super version of the last jutsu shooting out 3 of them that are not dodgeable.
Kyoumeisen: This is a ninjutsu that shoots out sound waves that can't be dodged to damage the inner ear.
Overall: *****
Sound has a very good upgrade incapable of killing bijuu's and homing jutsu's that are very powerful!
Missing-Nin

They are mostly known for by Zabuza, and Sasuke. They usually put a scratch through there head protector showing there hatred for there village. You will learn these jutsu's including; Jouro Senbon.
Jutsu's
Jouro Senbon: This is where you throw up an umbrella spinning it, then needles come out and will either miss or hit you in multi differential places doing such effects: Alot of damage, Movement lowered, damage, or can't attack.
Overall: **
They only have one jutsu, but it is one of the best!
Mist
0
They are mostly known for Kisame and Itachi. They are most known for taking peoples bijuu's, or kiling them themselves. Akatsuki are most feared by everyone being the strongest organization. You will learn these jutsu's including; Genryu Kyu Fujin (Kyuubi), Genryu Kyu Fujin (Shukaku), Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin,and Kakuro no Jutsu.
Jutsu's
Genryu Kyu Fujin (Kyuubi): This jutsu can take kyuubi from someone lowering there chakra permanately.
Genryu Kyu Fujin (Shukaku): This jutsu can take shukaku from someone lowering there chakra permanately.
Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin: Is a bunshin that can explode doing massive damage.
Kakuro no Jutsu: A Ninjutsu technique where the user creates a powerful black flame capable of burning through, at least, a thick wall of flesh. Which is the most powerful fire jutsu.
Overall: ****
They do have some of the best jutsu's it is just that you have to be level 150 or 200 to join. And stolen bijuu's are not to great.





Finish

Beginners:
Good:You will most likely want to pick Leaf village, or Mist since they get jutsu's very fast.
Bad: You won't want to pick Stone, or Missing-Nin, since they both have the least jutsu's, and that are the hardest to get.

Ninjutsu:
Good:You will want to pick Cloud, or Mist village for there Ninjutsu moves.
Bad:You won't want to pick Stone.

Genjutsu:
Good: You will want to pick Mist or Sound.
Bad: You won't want to pick Missing-Nin, or Stone.

Chakra:
Very Good!: You will want to pick Sound, or Stone.
Good: You might want to pick Leaf, Mist, Cloud, Missing-Nin, Akatsuki, or Sand.

Taijutsu:
Very Good!: Stone.
Good: You might want to pick Leaf, Missing-Nin, or Sound.
Bad: You won't want to pick Mist, Cloud, or Akatsuki.

Stamina:
Very Good!: Sound.
Good: You might want to pick Leaf, Stone, Sand, Mist, Akatsuki, or Missing-Nin.


This is what Village/Oganization you should pick for what type of character you are.

This is all 100% true about all of these villages. I did not include anything that had a chance to get, or that was a speacial. My overall grades where my opinion and I have gotten all of these jutsu's and used them on enemies. All the icons put down here are the ones that are being changed, or that I have... idk which village specials you need but heres the ones i know, for stones village special after you use it, mountains appear on your screen, and if they are hit by it they lose chakra and all but around 10% max hp (which leaves you taren ken to kill them because it drains your chakra first xD) and then clouds i heard had a range the same as nemurihane (the sleep jutsu that requires genjutsu kai at the end) and its just damage, same as there homing attack at level 108, rairyuu no tatsumaki.  and leafs is a tai attack that does a lot of damage, chakra master hit me with 17k for it and i know he prolly doesnt have a lot of tai since hes aburame so its good damage :). so the only ones left are sand and mists. all i know about sands is that it has something to do with a flower but i can figure out what it does today. and mists i dont think anyone has it so no one could say except maybe stego >.>

 

also add in a part for akat ^_^

No Kiba Futagoza No Jutsu: Is a short ranged jutsu doing more damage than either of the other two cloud jutsu's.

rairyuu that they get is called Rairyuu no Tatsumaki, there isnt an "ikazuchi" in the name of rairyuu. and there is not a no kiba futagoza no justu, but there is an "Ikazuchi no Kiba" and then theirs Futagoza no Jutsu 

so in order its
raikyuu no jutsu, rairyuu no tatsumaki, ikauchi no kiba, futagoza no jutsu

ikazuchi is just a straight attack doing good daage and futagoza is a straight attack doing a ton of damage with only 100 chakra cost. include the 100 chakra cost in the jutsu because its why its so good

for clouds say that raikyuu is a slow attack, its not fast at all and i can never hit someone with it

then for leaf housenka is a low damage attack shooting fast with wide range, and endan is a slow attack with wide range doing the most damage of the leaf jutsus but probably still underaverage damage.

Menzu you should mention the kage's of the villages in game like that really cool guy Kaguya, Chewyy is Mizukage and Malphas is Clud kage and Kite, and Ryu Shin are Stone kgae and Chakra, Kageri and someone else are hokage and Kadeem is sound kage and Kaz is Kazekage and Damian is Akatsuki Leader

i need more info on the star village about their jutsus because im reborning my uchiha into star
because the teleport to space thing seems a lil far fetch.
but i really like these ideas and i have a question and i think its been asked before but im too lazy to look well are we able to activate some of these jutsus at the same time at once because some of these jutsus can be combos together.

also is that meteor something like a homing or doe sur opponent have to stay in one place.
or do u have to set the meteors destination to where its gonna land or is it a barrage of meteors coming at ur opponent.

i need the info because i find this village so cool but then there the snow i really like i need some info so i can choose
