1st off there needs to be a shuriken training skill along with kunai and trapping skill
trapping raises whenever somone steps on a exploding note 100 trapping skill makes you learn that one seal jutsu that narutos acadmy teacher ( i forgot his damn name >.>) uses one the guy with the heaven cursed seal so naruto can rasengan him--- nothing to do with tenten but still this wil be hella hard to use seeing as how you have to box them in with exploding notes but will be worth it if you ahve a ranged jutsu so kanashibari + squaring them in with notes = stuck
now for tentens tentens gain jutsus by increasing there kunai and shuriken skill and rank so like homing shuriken = 100shuriken skill note that shuriken and kunai skill will be hella hard to raise
homing kunai 100 kunai skill
the scroll she uses to summon weapons can be bought at the store by them for 10k or so
tentens damage is based on the mix of skill and ninjutsu
like kunai logs make shuriken logs to raise skill for it too
