stego could you make it so you have to be at least close to your stat cap on any stat to get promoted because there are some kages that will just promote you no matter what stats and just be done with you this makes stat caps no problem for people past genin
Nah, kages should be able to promot whenever they feel like it, nub kages who dont know when to are just going to be mocked for it, but its still there choise. Though kages should definatly get a demote verb
if he moved genin stats up he might have to move all that is wat my post was for but yes genin stat cap is very low and i reach it all at lvl 30 and no missions
