I got blinded and muted for killing Sharingan maybe 5 times. It's not like I spam killed him. I will attack anyone that I see that I have no alliance with, or I just don't feel like attacking. But Taro took this upon himself to say I was harrasing Sharingan.
All I have to say now is:This is a PVP game, eat your wheaties or run.
Hmm, well first I'm glad you followed my suggestion on 'if you don't like my punishment, post about it int he forums'. I fully support anyone who doesn't like my punishments in wording their opinion. For all I know I could be wrong in what I did. However... Moleboy knows me well, and so do ALOT of other players. You can ask any of them if I run as a good mod or not and I could gareentee you there response. Now... in this situation... At the begining, when people were complaining about being killed by akats and missing nins... what did I say? I told them right up and front," The job of an akat or missing nin IS TO KILL, this is how they get there money" And right along with this I also stated," But there are lines ot be crossed. I WONT tolerate missing nins or akats suddenly killing very new players for ther 3k starting cash. Nor will I tolerate spam killing of killing harrasment." In your post, your neglected to mention this. I also stated I dont really care if akats go around killing people, its just what they have to do to get money, thats what they do int he show to *shrugs*. But then, you seem to have hated my response, and in defiance started to REPEATEDLY kill Sharingan, over and over and over again. I have plety of people who witness your actions on this. I then asked you first to stop kiling Sharingan cause you knew she had no money... your response?..."I'll kill who ever the hell I want to". So I rephrased it for you."Maka, I'll ask you to stop harrasing Sharingan, doing so further will result in blinding and muting for 5 minutes (standard punishment time) But he said more crap and did it anywas just to defy me I suppose. So I punished him. after 5 minutes I let him go. He did it again and even mocked me about it. Punishmed himf or 10 minutes. Now he continues to do it. I told him if hes goign to repeatedly do it more I'll suspend him for the night....My Idea is I rather have one person being punished then loosing players do to some idiotic fool.

Well I don't deny you as a GM. Your intentions are good but for the wrong reason. I killed Sharingan because he was the first person I saw before I got blinded again. There has never been a rule agaisnt killing people besides spawn killing and spam killing. I did neither. It took at least 2 minutes for me to see Sharingan again. Moleboy always sees this happen and what does he do? He pretty much ignores the person complaining because like I said either you get stronger or run.
Now if Stego or Moleboy wants to tell me I can't kill anyone I want everytime I see them then I will stop, but if not then sucks for anyone I see that I can kill.
Also I have been spawn killed at least 100 times and the person who did it and admitted it got no punishment. I think I know what spawn/spam/harrasing is, and then have no one do **** about it.
Whoa.... no no no.... I think your the one thats twisting this around. If you want witness this is EXACTLY what you said after being unblinded,"Sharingan where are you" RIGHT AFTER YOU GOT BLINDED. This was because you intentionally wanted to kill this person over and over. THIS IS HARRASMENT. And Yes Raven I know <.< Thats why I didn't take action till he began repeatedly killing sharingan all for no reason at all.

I beg to differ, when I see someone spawn killing or complaints, I check it out. I may not respond because I am looking at the chat box trying to see if it is true...
Tassles Mean. XD, Its true that if spawn killing was against the rule, people like pause should have been banned, harassed, blinded, etc. A long long time before he actually recieved any punishment
shine i refer to the bitchers not the ones doing their job taro has been around people like pause shouldnt be baned but a "nicer" form of punishment as reductions in stats by the 100s if not 1000s.
Sheesh.. Ravyn duh of course this is a pvp game, but there is a fine line between killing people and harrasing people... For you that don't understand this, let me put it in terms that you would... lets say I'm lvl 5000.... well I go around killing everyone cause I'm akats (thats perfectly fine) then I become bored and continuely kill a YOU fr the soul reason of rebellion against a mod. Nope don't ask me to stop cause I'm not going to stop, theres nothing you cn do about it either, I'm just gonna continue to kill you cause I'm bored and mad. Ravyn I doubt you would like this if it were you. THIS IS WHAT TOOK PLACE.
