i decided to go about becoming a mod a different way than most im a thinker reason why i want mod theres is no reason at all most dont have a good reason and lie but why should i follow their methods any way i will ask the other mods for reccomandations for the position that way not only will that mean i gained their trust i also have become part of the nc family.


so i know ask any mod who read this to post yes or no if i can have your vote as to becoming a mod

i will not b looking for new mods until v.4

In v.4 all staff will receive their staff verbs, and mods will be reselected cause the current ones aren't the best they can be.

Note: I might go back to how we used to vote for mods in v.2 which worked great 90% of the time.

not true...i pick the people who are nice and know the game...like taro for instance


 


and after that...not many people are really that well fitted for the job...i pick the best i can but there aren't too many good mod's out there...

so then can i say this can you give mod training to the few you think can be mod and give them a test phase where you then get to see wat they do in certain situation with out letting them no wats really going on

Theres really no way to give a mod "test" they could always just be fake untill they get mod then burst out crazy.
