Could you make it have either a lower chakra cost or a stronger damage number? Most people consider it useless. It takes forever to get 15k chakra and when we rest we don't even get our chakra back all the way. Maybe lower it to 10k chakra and the damage is times 4 your ninjutsu.
Well i dont know about 4 times you nin^^; but yea... amaterasu is quite weak considering its chakra cost. some normal jutsus manage to beat it out and cost under 1k chakra <,< plus ama isnt homing in any way. Its basicly useless realisticly.
Amaterstu does the same damage as your ninjutsu which you have to have 7k to get... techniquely it actually is the best ninjutsu SINCE all other ninjutsu's take a percentage of your nin. I do think the cost should be lowered though...
It may be the strongest, but it's basically useless. People with a weaker jutsu, but a jutsu that is spammable and uses like 1k chakra could easily kill a Uchiha trying to kill with Amaterasu. I'm just glad I'm Cloud.
This is also why you have Sharingan Freeze...This is what I do all the time: Mangeyou Sharingan! You have froze [name] with your sharingan! They are free from your sharingan Amaterstu! You hit [name] with 9,126 damage!
