I dunno if this is a bug, but here goes. My max chakra is 7086. When I try resting, it stops at 4700-ish. Has anything like this been listed?

Your not supppose to be able to recover more then 2.3rds of ur max chakra with resting, it makes other forms of healing a good idea in some senarios.
