Anyone caught in X is frozen. Using sexynojutsu coding to freeze the opponent when he/she is caught in the Radius of the Yinyang You can change the freeze time variable so it freezes for abit longer In this time the User can inflict the palm techniques in order (2,4,8,16,32,64)
Hope you like the ideas, it toke me along time to think of. I don't know how your going to implement Sharingan however.
Leaf Spinning Wind
Using the Byakugen variable, instead of being frozen in the radius of the variable, you take damage. ex.

Genjutsu Bringer-of-Darkness
Blinds the opponent for a short period of time (use your gm variable's coding for this =.= i know you have them because one of your gm's kinda cheated while betting on my opponent)
Genjutsu Tree Bind Death
Freezes the opponent and self (use your Sexynojutsu coding) for like 2 seconds, tree animation apears behind opponent, opponent takes damage then you apear where the tree was and are stuck for a very short period of time (.5 to 1 second)
Genjutsu Temple of Nirvana
Freezes everything except user on screen for a large amount of time (3-6 seconds) but takes 4-7 Seconds to use. Costs a large amount of chakra.
Genjutsu Double Genjutsu technique
For the next Genjutsu technique you use, it costs 3x as much but genjutsu counter will not work against it, if the opponent does not use genjutsu counter then your technique is twice as effective (Cannot be used with some techniques, suggestly Nirvana because it alredy freezes opponent for 3-6 seconds)

You have the coding for this i presume from NC, would take a large portion of oneself s own health.

lol u worked hard, but you didnt have to tell me what coding to code each skills. I can code em better from scratch >.> next, time just explain what u want instead of paraphrasing what coding i should use lol
btw, so far none of NC's coding has been implented into this game.
Genjutsu Kai Takes away 2x the amount of chakra that the opponent was using to use genjutsu, only works when opponent is performing a Genjutsu.
In addition to my previos ideas, i think next to all Genjutsus should have a using/casting time otherwise Genjutsu Kai isn't as useful.
Also Genjutsu Kai takes away a very small portion of your own Chakra.
In addition to my idea about Dance of the Seedling Fern, I think that it could also be changed to an entire arena hit, teammates get hit aswell and can only be used once in a battle or has a extremely large cooldown, takes away 90% of TOTAL health and cannot be used if you have less then 91% Health.
I think there should be more Strategy with chakra as some skills like the water jutsus generally don't cost enough with the high damage it does. (50 for starting jutsu, more for others)
Chakra Absorption Technique After learned, if you activate this in battle, it costs a medium amount of chakra, but for 1-2 Minutes all of your Taijutsu damage is halved but drains chakra from the opponent. ex. if you normally do 30 With Taijutsu, then you deal 15 damage but drain 15 chakra.
If you want i can add the official names like Chakra Kyūin Jutsu is Chakra Absorption Techinque.
Genjutsu Death Foreseeing Technique Shikumi no Jutsu Freezes the opponent for a short period of time, does not take very long to use (0.5-2 seconds) May deal damage? or may not.
Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld The opponent can still use any jutsu he/she has but is confined in the space the swamp of the underworld is. ex.

The opponent can move anywhere in the x's and use jutsus but is stuck there for Medium period of time (4-7 seconds)
I think that Katon: Haisekishō Should be modified so its a stream of smoke instead of just one shot, that would balance it out considering its cost.

Important Body Points Disturbance Ranshinshō Uses up a medium amount of chakra, the next time your taijutsu connects, the opponents controls are reversed for a period of time.
Mystical Palm Technique Taking up chakra per hit for taijutsu when activated, your attacks do more damage and have a low chance of draining chakra.
Poison Mist Dokugiri
Is the same as the First fire jutsu, diffrent icons and does damage over time instead of instant damage, im guessing raising ninjutsu would raise the poisen damage.
Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palm Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō
Is the same as Eight Trigrams 64 Palm but you have an slightly enchanced time limit to perform your palm techniques and have less delay with performing them. Also the field of freezeing your opponent is enchanced

Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred-Sixty-One Style Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujūichi Shiki Bigger version of Onehundred Twenty eight palm, reduces the users chakra to 0 and hp to 1(or abit more). If all hits are sucessful deals instant kill OR a extremely large amount of damage. Also it takes away all of the opponents chakra. Users chakra is unable to regenerate for the rest of the battle. (basicly a last ditch effort attack). To prevent cheapness (using this when you have like 10 hp left), this attack can only be used when you are above 50% health. Delay is increased so for the Onehit-KO to take place the chances are you have to be right next to your opponent when this activates.

how bout this idea?when this jutsu's fired,not only does it damage the foe,but it also drains his stats(health,chakra etc)when the foe dies,his stats r returned back to normal/when he is rested.But the person who drained it will have will have stats off limits until he is dead.
how bout a techniqe for Nara,i just thought of this and i thought it was a great idea,a nara clan learns this at a higher level. A sceal opens and releases all sorts of shadowy moves,high rate damage and alot of chakra 1500 chakra everytime u use it. These shadow moves can be like freezing the foe and lets off darkness and covers the for and kills its vital organs and drains every stat for you. I got many cool ideas, i am very creative when it comes to animation and ****, hope u like this idea/u can change a few things
