This isn't really a bug, rather you just identified the weakness of mirrors. Always ask yourself this question on these types of subjects,"If this were to happen int he Naruto Anime, could it even BE possible?" In this case, yea it makes completel sense that a homing jutsu would be able to hit the person in mirrors. Although... I thinkt he damage should be decreased by 15% or something like that.

Indeed, actualy i think all homing jutsus should have there dmg decreased, they are WAY to cheap ><
right now they are basicly as strong as normal jutsus but you dont have to bother aiming, so in a fight theres 0 downside to them basicly, and they are almost unbeatable^^;
Theres ways to beat them, i don't think there damage should be decreased, but I do think though is that there chakra usage should be increase ALOT. Makes sense right? I mean to make a jutsu home into its target? I would think that would require quit a good chunk of chakra control, right?

I think what he meant that people that are USING the mirrors, not OPPONENT of the mirrors, can use say a jutsu that does immense damage which will then multiply by 4 (Doton, dorryu Dango for ex.) Iv alredy reported this and Stego has decided it won't count as a bug as it cancels out your existing mirrors if you using anything other then needles
like mirrors + homing cloud or sand jutsu = you dead needles are fine but using other homings in there makes it harder i had the sand homing jutsu own me yesterday in little to no time
