If your in mist village... as son as you learn the hidden mist technique, you can kill Kyu, or for that matter, anyone. The jutsu is WAAAAY spmmable, and needs a delay big time.

Well it does do like.. ummm isn't the damage variab;e 5% of there health, and you have to wait about 3-4 seconds? It does alot of damage at first then sucks rapidly, but you are right the delay should be 5-6 seconds just about double.
No, your numbers are off. And yeah.. it sucks badly after they have you down to like 40 HP left.. in which all they have to do is punch you once. (PS: Hey go to the Color Wars game, I got a server up, see if you can connect or not. Please =D)

Oh really... everything I've said right... so uhm lets see... the Aburames bunshin... by telling Stego that there was no delay on that (hence allowing you to gain a nin per second) I destroyed that clan? And made it more unfair for everyone? And the time I re-addressed the issure of akimichis beings over-powered that was a COMPLETE destruction of that clan right?
