the jutsu Mist is INCREDIBLY to powerfull... this definently needs to be fixed somehow... it can be casted over and over and over again so the player can fill up any amount of space EASILY, even a person with incredibly high stamina would have a hard time against any person casting mist, its to powrfull.... The best suggestions I can think of is puttng a much longer delay time on it.... Stego please do something bout it.

ive watched someone spam mist on kyuubi and his health dropped
and second nmist jutsu doesnt have a delay or liek a half second dealy that needs to be fixed to 2 seconds like all tier 2 jutsus ive watched people spam it
Yept hats why I'm posting about it, I saw the same thing, a lvl 70ish annihilating Kyu with mist. Not cool <.< Maybe instead of damage, the person who casts it gets an increased speed rate within the mist field, and all opponents are slowed down. THAT would make MUCH more sense... agreed?
