Max declined challenge...at least, the first two. first time, he was doing some job (finding out if money bug was still in) which is understandable. Second time he was trying to beat orochimaru, failing, but trying nonetheless. Still, partially understandable, but he told me he wouldn't accept, and that I was allowed to post here, so I am :D
if max doesnt accept a challenge or doesnt login regularily to do his job as a kage, ill have to take that away from him. For now, ill just leave him the way it is.
