yes, the 30 is the lvl to become chuunin but when i challenge stego hes 30


and im 50 in chuunin he got me with orike and kawa and katon he mixed also kages


this wat i mean a smart way to defeat a pro with just 30 lvls he let my chakra 0


wat a clever stego....goood job..any one do anyone have other idea for escaping and attacking guys

My suggestion would be to train hp and chakra so that you can take quite a few hits, and use your ninjutsu's more often, specifically the first mist jutsu, as it is homing.  Also, if its not doing much damage, train your ninjutsu as well.
