seriously make it so they only attack you when you at war with that villiage or with exception if you are from sound missing or aktsuki

cause it doesnt make sense for every other ninja to kill you on site and it makes going to another villiage near impossible I GET KILLED BY MIST NINS MORE THEN I DO HAKU WHEN DOING THE MISSION

shoudl noyl be if you at war with that villiage or in the above 3 things
