heres how i think non clans should be handles instead of picking at beggining
you start as non clan with no special techniques besides villiage jutsus and stuff
to become a certain non clan all are easy except one
Lee-find Gai and talk and train under him must be from leaf
Fan/Sword/Puppet/Medical- Find the fan/Sword/Puppet?medical ninja talk to them
Gaara-Get shukaku sealed in you but if you would do this make gaara stronger because this would be insanly hard...but could be worth it make his techniques really strong idk something like that but also have to be born from sand
you could also make Fan Sword and Puppet optional careers to anyone idk how you woudl do it this just my idea seems cooler IMO
umm i do not like the idea aton but sure why not i guess it would be good incase you wanna go through the truoble but how would you train under thata person and max tsunade=medic sasori=pupet temari=fan gai=lee but look we need a few medic the main ones you missed are srew nervers(make the directions wach up is left and stuff) chakra punch revive if you can make revive hard to get it would revive a person who died resebtly on the feild and for medics only (both only for medics and are fair oro got the tec from kubuto prob) undead summining you will summon a npc depending no you ranka nd skill like a chunin with 5knin can summon a chunin or genin npc that can do light jutsus of there village BUT every time you can get a rank up summon the nin req goes up so summoning a genin for 5knin (the avrage power of a normal npc) chunin 5k (slightly powerfuler than the avrage) anbu grunt 7knin req 115 pretty strong should do decint damage and know jutsus anbu LT 8500nin lvl 150 15kchakra very strong but hard to get for you need anbu LT and it takes 2khp anbu elite lvl 160 20k chakra 5khp really strong but it will do umm more than gama for it knows all village jutsus and uses a sword like casic anbu style need 55killsd to do it next will surprize you sunmmon kakashi reqs are 165 jounin of corse takes all hp but 5and all your chakra msut have all the other undead summon (remeber these guys are undead) but can use kakashi attacks and is powerful next kage summon summons a npc kage or the kage before you to figtht your choice (you can take out the kage before you stuff if you think it would be abused) req kage 8khp 21k chakra and you need to buy a casket from kabuto (80k yen) are strong and know jutsus from your village and a few from others strong but take awhiel to cast and is the easyest to stop thata si my idea i think it would own and give medics a goal to reach like every othere clan and should take awhile to get for high reqs and would be only one summon a figth you gotta wait like 2minets befor anotehr summon hmm ti took awhile to type but it might be easy to code for all you gotta do is edit the npcs and give them tecs and better stats so ha i finnaly though of a good medic that mgiht be easy to code my fingers hurt soo thanks for reading it all

that made me confused.. and when i say training under you talk they ask if you want to train under me you say yes and BAM you are now a non clan lee or whatever just simple and lets them think before deciding

and for the lee thing here are the req i missed some
must be leaf and talk to gai: must still be lv one and not have gained a single ninjutsu or genjutsu if you gain any and talk to gai he wont train you (remember lees dont get any nin or gen but stronger gates)
maybe a small stat req for each other like 100 tai for sword 100 nin for med 100 gen/nin for puppets(puppets the few that use gen) something easy nothing hard =P
Small tai jutsu for Lee non-clan (didnt know how to name it) Taking off weights- it make other chars slower (beside other Lee's using this jutsu) (something like Slow-motion or Focus [different translation] in Enter the Matrix and other action games)
would be hard to code and really suck having weights should be same for all since it is based on tai how well you handle weights not if your a lee lee just has insane tai thats why he can walk with weights effortlessly
Okay, I have carefully read and understood all of the mess that was written earlier (no offense) and I am going to re-write it so that people can understand :D
First off Max's Ideas:
Non-Clan
All current Non-Clan's merge to begin with. The character has no individual jutsu's and only receives the Village Jutsu's and the Jutsu's everyone receives. To specialise, you must do a particular action, which shall be defined below:
Non-Clan Lee Style: Talk to Gai Sensai. You must not have gained any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in order to learn the Lee Style. (Farao added an additional jutsu for Lee Style involving the removal of weights reducing everyone's speed except the user).
Non-Clan Puppet Master: Receive a Puppet. This was not specified as to how to receive one, although purchasing or talking to Sasori seemed a reasonable idea.
Non-Clan Fan User: Receive a Fan. Again, specifications as to receival were not give, although talking to Temari or buying one was suggested.
Non-Clan Sword User: Receive a Sword. See Fan User involving specifications. Currently no suggestions other than buying one or finding one as part of a mission.
Non-Clan Medic Ninja: Talk to Tsunade (Drizzt's idea).
Non-Clan Gaara: Seal Shukaku within self. This would be insanely hard without any clan jutsu's, and as such, Max suggested an increase in the current strength of the jutsu's if this was implemented.

Non-Clan Medic Ninja
Drizzt suggested several jutsu's which could be added to the current jutsu's known by the Medic Ninja (I am not saying I agree, as this is an impartial review of statements) and some are confusing as to which are where...
Sever Nerves
Causes the target to become disorientated, thus right could be left etc.
Chakra Punch?
I think this was seperate but there was no ellaboration so may have been part of the Revive section. I believe this may have been similar to Kabuto's technique, of creating a scalpel with chakra flowing at the base of the hand.
Revive
Probably one of the harder jutsu's to implement out of Drizzt's suggestions, although the next one may counter this statement. Basically, it was reviving someone who had died recently in the field. The only possibility I can think of for this is if people go to a black screen when they die during a war, although the Black Screen of Death originates from other games...:P This would possibly make revive have a greater potential.
Undead Summoning
Highly controversial, this technique is the one used by Orochimaru, which summons people who are dead. His suggestions were the following, I believe:
Summon Genin
Requirements: 5k Ninjutsu
Summon Chuunin
Requirements: 5k Ninjutsu (possibly be Chuunin as well, but couldn't tell at this point)
Summon Jounin (I added this one)

Summon ANBU Grunt
Requirements: Level 115, 7k Ninjutsu
Summon ANBU LT
Requirements: Level 150, 8.5k Ninjutsu
Costs: 15k Chakra, 2k Stamina

Costs: 20k Chakra, 5k Stamina
Summon Kakashi? (Dead? I think not...)
Requirements: Level 165, Jounin (I know, it makes no sense...)
Costs: All Chakra, All but 5 Stamina
Summon Kage
Requirements: Kage, Must obtain Casket from Kabuto (80k Yen)
Costs: 21k Chakra, 8k Stamina
All have jutsu's equivalent to their level and status, with a few extra's for Kage's. After a summon has been destroyed, a wait of 2 minutes occurs before another summon can be incurred. Drizzt also states that it would require recoding some NPC's for them to have jutsu's and attack once the summoning has been used.
Non-Clan Gaara: Seal Shukaku within self. This would be insanely hard without any clan jutsu's, and as such, Max suggested an increase in the current strength of the jutsu's if this was implemented. and my idea is that only Non-clan Gaara could learn sand jutsus, he is able to learn it without shukaku, but with this demon, strength and length of sand jutsus increase and non-clan gaara gets "Suna no Tale" (its deffense jutsu which blocks all taijutsu attacks [only lee was able to attack Gaara] and weaker ninjutsu)
now about summoning we all know that to summon dead person we need a body... and in game there is kill-counter i think that every summon should take away 1 kill from kill-counter... and when users kill-couner is on "0" that user cant summon ;p
kill counter isnt hard to raise i had over 300 kills killing someone isnt that hard lol and for gaara when i say increase in streangth i mean HUGE INCREASE IN STREANGTH it makes gaara clan really hard to get but if you manage to get it you will be really tough
i just hate games where you see 500 gaaras runing around spamming sabaku sousou sabaku taisou all that worse in some games where sabaku sousou is auto kill that would suck lol
most games gaaras are overpowerd and if they are in this game you should have to work for it
and i knew who to talk to for fan/medic and all that but to lazy to write them all down
and chakra punch is something sakura uses focusing all her chakra into her fist and releasing it in one punch
fior that it should be same as chidori/rasengen if you think about it it should be the medics rasengen same damage but medic only cause they all are about same thing just in dfifferent form put all chakra and such into a huge blast and attack it should work like that
i think jounin should be above anbu for think about it name an anbu thata could beat a jounin now think of the ownage jounin when a treaty is made who apears the jounin also dead summon yea the kill copunt is cool and i really want stego to make jouninbetter than anbu and maybe sannin which is second best to kage

sannin isnt a damn title i dont hwy why people think it is sannin is 4 ninjas it just a group of three squads are sannin they were just called the legendary sannin sasuke sakura and naruto are sannin ino nara and akimichi are sannin it just means 3 ninja
and jounin is lower title then anbu anbu do S rank missions very few jounins do S rank missions and in anime jounins seem tougher because the jounins they show a lot are one of the strongest jounins around

thats how the missions go it even says that in anime some exceptions like strong genins can do B missions and in naruto's group case they did 2 A rank missions while they were genin (Haku mist and first movie)
