Stego, these are the mist jutsu that should be added for update, there are currently no mist jutsu listed in my "Jutsu List" so there posted here!

(Also stego.... i made a mist and fount there jutsu very unfair... you have to be in water to use all the good jutsu.... its unfair in tourneys,Fights and wars...)
Maybe you can make it so if ur chakra's high enough your able to cast a mist jutsu "Without water

can be used off water after like 100 uses and after that 1/3 chakra cost if used on water

or you could have it so they can be used in mist? make some use for it lol or have it so mist has same effect as water?
You need to use Kirakagkure(Mist) before using the first two techniques, and then for the last one (If you watched anime) it uses chakra to gather the water so it would work normally
(For all other mist jutsu i think they should be useable outta water... but it costs x3 the chakra requirment to use outside water
how bout either flood jutsu which amkes water appear the water finders (the nanoa person had) or make a gourd of water on back or well stego htink about this the i think second hokage made all thata water and he is leaf so hmmm maybe you should just make a way for it is no fair
