When you have Byakugan 2, there should be the 128 palm strike, and you should be able to 'scout' ahead with your vision or something (that would own).
And just cuz I'm talking about hyuugas and dont want to reytpe the stuff i did in the Byakugan topic I'll just copy and paste:
I for one have a few things to say, I earned the Byakugan through very long work since I had to kage bunshin ninjutsu a bunch just like everyone else, the thing is, Search doesnt work. Byakugan does nothing but allow for the 64 Palm Strike, which I believe is sad. In the Series Byakugan adds to the users defense, allowing them a nearly 360 degree field of view within a certain range, and it allows the user to see through a bunshin, by looking at the chakra circulatory system, thus I would like to suggest that the Byakugan gives a slight defense and genjutsu boost. Also that Jyuken and 64 Palm Strike be given a chance to 'freeze' ones chakra from use, but only when using the Byakugan so it would be more realistic to the series.
From what I've heard, you do get 128 palm strike with byakugen 2, although I didn't know that search didn't work. They probably should have a better defense, although as Stego is making it so that each clans stats start off differently, I believe this may occur. We'll just have to wait and see.
