stego no hand seals for everyone know they suck even i would leave NC if you added hand seals for they suck but add maybe jutsus skill like say me and max figth i have a 100 skill in slice tendons and max has only 10 in endan then letys say that we have same nin and thata norm endan does 1k damage and mesu does 500 well max would do like 700 damage and i would do like 2-3k damage for my skill is trained bet6ter you get stat points in thata skill my useing it or for some jutsus like mesu or jkuuken add hosues for most clan/villages like a hospital where you can either buy healing stuff heal your petm or for medics talk to tsunade to become a medic (if you wnat to go with the find your trainer non-clan idea) and to train mesu and heal have some fish to train jyuuken and 124 have chakra dummies to train hitting tekken making your jyuukens and 64/128's better umm akimiki can have like tredwills to do the roll jutsus maybe just add a gym like thata for everyone to train in but thata would make it so poeple who train jutsus get better results and [people who don't gte to be lvl 300 iwth sucky jutsus for there stats are good but not there skill ni the jutsus the skill points determin the power and delay on the jutsus and are like any other stat you raise it by points not persent or anything (or maybe mastery percent would be easy the percent of how much you mstered it) well i am bored host soon please
