This is just alist of ALOT of jutsu's that arnt ingame at the moment:
(I'll add more soon)




Ninjutsu (All aqquire)

- Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Suggested level: 60)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, the ninja can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out.

- Nemurihane (Suggested level: 100)
A Genjutsu technique where the ninja targets a mass of people and puts them to sleep. Illusory feathers appear to rain upon them, and they will then fall into a deep slumber. More useful than the simple Nemuri (Sleep) Genjutsu, this technique is still useless in combat.




Taijutsu (All aqquire)

-Asshou (Suggested level: 35)
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja drives their fist into their opponent while they are on the ground, crushing them and grinding them into the earth. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

- Shou****su (Suggested level: 40)
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja braces against the ground and drives a powerful knee into their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique can be devastating.

-Shougekishou (Suggested level: 75)
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja lifts up their opponent with one arm, retracts, and then drives their palm upward into their opponent, hurling them into the air. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.






Leaf village:

- Youjitsuba (suggested level: 20)
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja spits a toothpick out of their mouth. Attacking in this manner, while the enemy is normally focusing on your hands, provides a small element of surprise, but with much more effectiveness when used following a distraction.

-KageShuriken no jutsu (suggested level: 55)
This is a really useful technique for ninjas who fight by tricking opponents. Shadow Shuriken, also known as Evil wind Shuriken Shadow Windmill, uses a Fuma Shuriken (a big, aerodynamically designed shuriken with curved blades).







Sand Village:

-Sabaku Sousou (Suggested level: 80)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja controls sand with their chakra to wrap around one part, or many parts, of their opponent's body. They then constrict the sand to either completely crush their opponent's body, or to crush any part engulfed in sand. This technique is exclusive to Gaara.

-Sabaku taisou (Suggested level: 90)
A Ninjutsu technique that causes the ground under an opponenet to crush and cause the opponent to sink underneath the ground.







Mist village:

- Suiton Suikoudan no Jutsu (Suggested level: 70)
A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into a cyclonic explosion that rips into its victim like a tsunami. It has enough force to tear apart solid ground and uproot trees.







Sound Village:

- Senei Jashuu (suggested level: 40 (Snake summon required)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja, apparently, uses a variation of Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) to summon a number of snakes within their sleeve, which spring out and surprise the enemy, attacking or grappling them to give the ninja the advantage.






Akimichi Clan:

- Choukaihou (suggested level: 70)
A Ninjutsu technique that only those of the Akimichi Clan can use. After taking the red Hourengan and increasing the ninja's power a hundredfold, the ninja converts all of their calories into pure chakra, which is visible around them in the form of beautiful butterfly wings.






Uchiha Clan:

-Kakuro (suggested level: 95)
A Ninjutsu technique where the user creates a powerful black flame capable of burning through, at least, a thick wall of flesh. The fire is mysterious in nature, of course, because of its color, so it is not known if this is one of the variety of Katon (fire type).





Non-clan:

-Naruto Rendan (suggested level: 30)
This technique is used by naruto uzumaki, he first uses kagebumshin no jutsu to make 5 clones and then with those clones kocks the opponenet in the air leaving them wide open for an attack.






Summons:

-Slug Summon
A Ninjutsu technique unique to Katsuyu, the king of the slug summoning. Katsuyu spits a wave of acid from his mouth towards a larger enemy, or raining down upon smaller enemies. The acid is incredibly corrosive and can deteriorate a boulder almost instantly.

Okay, well depending on whether new clans are added, or if old villages are taken out, some of these may not apply, but I'll put them down anyways.


New Summons


A few new summons couldn't hurt, could it? (well the point is that they do hurt, but XP)


Spider Summon- Summons a large spider which sends out a number of smaller spiders, dependant on your chakra, which die on impact, but either deal damage or die from being attacked, if you get what I mean.


Weapons Summon- This summons a large amount of weapons, which are then thrown at the enemy.  Depending on how strong the weapons are, this may only be able to summon few weapons...


Three Giants Summon- This one I believe would only apply if the flutist clan was introduced (okay, I'm doing all this off memory, so I can't exactly remember her name).  As you advance in levels, new jutsu's would allow for different attacks, like the ghost out of the mouth attack XP


Monkey King Enma- This would be able to turn into a powerful staff, or a cage to protect the user.  It would also be able to attack as the monkey.


Earth Village Jutsu's


Doton Kekkai: Dorodomu


Creates a large self repairing dome around the enemy, or possibly the user.  If this were self repairing, it would cost quite a bit of chakra per second, or per hit taken.  In the anime, the user was able to absorb chakra through the dome, although most people speculate that this was a seperate technique, possibly clan based.


Doton: Retsudotensho


This causes nearby rocks to spin around the target and crush them.  This would possibly be a high level jutsu, as it is automatic targeting, rather than straight line shot sort of thing.


Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu


This allows the user to travel underground, and then possibly switch places with the target, so their head is stuck just above the ground.


Doton: Yomi Numa


Causes large area of land to turn into swampland, preventing the target from moving easily.  This could just slow the target down for a period of time within the game.


 


Possible Jutsu's


Hiraishin no Jutsu


This allows the user to travel anywhere almost instantaneously, as long as they have it marked down.  This could be used as a way of traveling between the villages fairly quickly but only if the user has been to that village, and possibly talked to an NPC there.


Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu: Kakuan Nitten Suishu


Although it has hokage in the name I believe this could possibly be a kage jutsu.  It can forcibly reverse a Bijuu transformation, which in the game could be for say 20 minutes, and would make the kage's more revered. XP


Kanashibari no Jutsu


This is a paralysis technique, known only to Anbu in the series.  However, as Uchiha have a similar technique in the game, it could prevent a certain style of jutsu instead, or possibly all jutsu's.  This jutsu I am unsure of as a jutsu within the game.


Kusanagi no Tsurugi: Ku no Tachi


This summons the legendary Kusanagi sword, which is extremely powerful.  I believe this should only be available to the Otokage.


Kyomeisen


This is the technique used by the sound genin, where it produces I high pitched sound which damages the ear, and puts the target off balance.  This could involve reversing the controls (e.g. left is right) or even swapping them all about (e.g. left is up, right is left, down is right and up is down) causing the target to be disorientated.


 


This is all I shall do for now, I may add more at a later date.  I would like to know though, there are some decent Ice and Wood jutsu's, what village/clan would these come under or is there a possibility that if they were made, you could go to certain NPC's and learn jutsu's from them by doing tasks and being of a certain requirment (like the Gamabunta summon).

yah the uchiha jutsu sounds preety much exacklty like a ameratsu...

and for the earth rocks spinnjign around crushing thwem it should just be earth version of sand coffin

i think keekai in jap is chalkra suck or something so earth dome should suck chalkra but it should cost 2-3k maybe even 4k chalkra and give 100+ a sec depending on your nin and tai maybe tai/100 so 1k tai=100 chalkra a second also whall using it the useer can not move meat tank can break it and you must be rigth near them so if you are fighting a high lvl earth thenn use long range i also think ever kage of ever village should get a speacial jutsu like snake sowrd for oto, or revert byjuu for hokage, umm maybe, rain nin's needle jutsus, swamp(takes the whole screen making it mud for awhile slowing evryone down but the user) for earth, duel water dragons for mist,tall grass for grass (everyone even user is binded by grass leting him escape),ligtning slash for lightning(requires a sword but does 2x damage) tehse are only for the kage for the kage should be advantaged ni a kage fight kage moves are not alowed

Okay, lets start off the replies to the replies.  One: The rocks spinning round jutsu was supposed to be more damaging than sand coffin, but less restricting, (e.g. possibly freeze movement for a second or two whilst it hits, or maybe not even that).  Two: Kekkai means break (rip) down therefore that theory is totally out of the window...although the possibility of adding chakra drain as maybe the earth kage's special jutsu could be a thought, if the kage jutsu's are added.  On that note, some of the kage's you mentioned will not be in V.2 as their villages are being destroyed (by the mighty hand of Stego! awww) but I still think that kage jutsu's would be a good idea (just don't get it confused with kage bunshin...)


And I agree with max on the uchiha jutsu, as its description is exactly the description I would possibly use for Amatarasu.

there is another katon defense i cant remember name sorry but orochimaru uses it when he is being the grass ninja ive seen name fo rit somehwere it is where they create a tornado of flame around them

it would be similar to katon protects but if they attack it gives a base damage not like katon where it is based on damage done like lets say my nin is 5k it could do around 2500 when anyone attacks it something like that does decent damage nin/2 but does that damage because it is something easy to dodge so the damage seems right

need to find name though my guess would be

katon akuchibudifensu which means active defense but sounds stupid i would use

katon senpuu mamori which means fire whirlwind defense there a simpler name somewhere but that is a rough translation name

so id use katon senpuu mamori which is the technique orochimaru used in forest against sasuke when he was the grass ninja person

readn my post in maxs non clan sugestion it is a well though out jutsus but i am noty sure if it will amek it for it is kinda complex although al you really need to do is edit npcs but i guess i am not sure i am no coder

I'm not sure on the names at this moment, but you should add the Flower Ninja jutsus along with that Water dudes and the magnetic guys jutsus.

Summoning a ball of water around someone then putting piranas(sp?) in it would be pimp. XD

maybe add disrupt water flow is a low lvf jutsu that isnt that great but hurts people slightly if tehre standing on water by causing them to fall

ok... since beta v.2 is almost complete... i wouldnt need any more suggestions.. so ill close the thread...

Here are the list of jutsus that has been confirmed and added into the game:

-Chakra Blast. (With Kyuubi and either chidori or rasengan on)
-Ultimate Defence (while shukaku is on)
-Earth Dome. (Stone Village Jutsu. Traps the person... and drains chakra slowly)
-Sand Funeral. (Sand Village Jutsu. Must trap the person first with sabaku kyuu, and does tremedous damage depending on the user's ninjutsu)
-Sennen Gonashi has been modified. (Leaf Village Jutsu. It freezes the person for about 10 seconds and is unable to do anything. It does somewhat damage and pushes the target)
-Akatsuki Bijuu taking technique. (Ables you to steal a person's bijuu but only obtain 10% of its original power. It permanently damages the user's maximum chakra everytime they use this jutsu)

**More jutsus will be added as v.2 is being played for levels 300+**
**Currently all the jutsus from v.1 has been spread out through level 1~299**
