its gen VS gen for neck bind...and i bet that noone have a gen higher than mine in yamata :)
anyway its not that when i press neck bind it doesnt say anything...i cant just neck bind...and the shadow bind its not relased Oo sometimes when i relog i can do it again but most of the times if the guy i neck binded doesnt relog i cant do it..
