Ok i personally hate hyuugas, so if this guide is crappy, im sorry, but ill try to keep my personal feelings aside and keep professional.
Ok for jutsus it's pretty standard. First you get Jyuuken, which is a stye of fighting (much like tekken and basic). I suggest you never use this styyle though. It's alot faster but is increibly weak and it does drain chakra but not enough to use it in place of basic. Then, much like Uchihas, you get their dojutsu, Byukagen at level 40. This allows you to locate anyone in the game (other than npcs) and tells you their stam and chakra. It also gives you the divine strikes. This move is half and half, the move itself is amazing, they cant move, drains a little chakra, and does great damage depending on your tai. However there is one huge downfall for it. In order to do this move your enemy must be standing still for 2 seconds. Since Hyuugas don't have a bind or freeze this move is very difficult to get in.Then at level 68 you can get a chance to learn Kaiten. Kaiten is a defense move which not only stops you from being damaged but reflects the damge on your opponent, but it drains your chakra until you either turn it off or run out. There is only a 40% chance to learn it though, if you fail you'll have to get the higherlevel one which does the same thing but doesnt reflect damage. Now, once you used Byukagen 300 times and have 7k tai and 5k nin youll get byukagen 2. It does the same thing as the first one but allows you to use Hakke Hyaku Nijuha Sho, which is just a doubled version of the first one you get for activating byukagen.
As far as villages go, definitely go stone. If you feel you must go somewhere other than stone, I would suggest mist, which doesnt make sense to some people but Ill explain soon.
Stone- Obviously the best choice. Tai clans, taijutsu, and it has one nin jutsu as well. Hyuugas are probably the only tai clan that I can think of who would be good at using nin as well as tai. Stone gives you both making it the best choice for Hyuugas. Also a good strat for stone is using stone walls to slow your opponent down enough to use your divine strikes.
Mist- Ok ok, I know, mist isnt the best choice for hyuugas, most people even argue that mist is the worst village in the game. But Hyuugas, having only 2 moves that actually do damage, can become completely nin based and gain enough tai to make their attacks deadly by stamina training. There are 2 main reasons why I chose mist for hyuugas. 1. Using the hidden mist jutsu and the homing jutsu, you can make any opponent like a bijuu, hidden mist when theyre weak, and use homing, and if they go on the offensive show them whats up with your kaiten. The second reason, probably the biggest reason, is the water prison skill. With this, show them you tai is awesome, using your bunshins you can surround him, and then when he has no where to run, let go and then use your strikes, this is pretty much unavoidable.
For chunnins, definitely take them after you get at least Byukagen level 1, trust me, youll need the speed boost, everyone loves to run un the chunnins so its nice to be a little faster.
Late game, you have a couple of options, you could go Star at level 450, it gives both good ninjutsus and taijutsus, nut joining missing nin isnt bad either, Jorou Senbon will make your opponent not want to move leaving them wide open for palms. Akatsuki also isnt a bad choice if you decided to go a Mist Hyuuga. Make as many clones as possible, hold your enemy in water prison, surround him and use palms, then explode your bunshins and use strikes again.
Bijuus, this one is hard. You have a choice between nin and tai. I would honestly suggest you wait and see how good you are at using your palms and how often you use them. If you arent good at them and you dont use them often go nin because every village has some nin jutsu, if you are good at them and you know you can hit with them a lot, go tai so they do uber damage. If you go stone and arent good at them, go nin anyway, stone only gets 2 moves thats considered tai and one of them does no damage (walls), the nin will help you wit the 183 jutsu which fires 3 times in a row, and nin bijuus give you more chakra so your Kaiten and walls will be an excellent defense that wont quit any time soon.
Kaiten, it is very important you realize how important kaiten is, if you havent stat trained much, and you failed to get kaiten, its only level 68, it is not a bad thing to try for it over again, I mean you dont have to but I would sincerely suggest it
For training, log it until level 70, I mean I know thats a little long but you need kaiten and if you are mist or stone, the closer you are to dango or the homing, the better plus this way youll get kaiten before you start your stat training. After that mountain walk until you are level 75 in stone, and chakra train until you have 30k base chakra. Then head back to mountain walking until you have 90k base stam and 45k base tai. For mist, do the same thing except chakra train until you have 50k base chakra and then nin train until you have 30k base nin, I mean water prison and kaiten both drain chakra plus nin jutsus so you will need your chakra, and as far as nin goes, your in a nin village, I think you should be getting more bang for your buck dont you? Then hed back to tstam and tai training until you have 100k base stam and 45k base tai.
well duh but that kid grush wouldnt shut the **** up about a hyuuga guide so i made one, and well if you want all these posts to stop tell Criss to hurry the **** up with his, if he posted it this would stop
