We need stronger test subjects.
The onyl info I have gathered is this:

Puppeteers, their first really awesome jutsu allows them to summon a puppet to attack and disarm the enemy.
name: Kugetsu No jutsu (I think)
Chakra Cost: 4k I hear
Effect: Is manueverable like a bunshin, nnd has HP: 2/3 your stamina and Damage in attack = 2/3 your tai.
