kages can't war the same village more then 3 times in a row.. actually scratch that.. they can only war if the receptive party is willing to be dragged out randomly and get stuck being spamm warred for the better half of the weekend -.-
mods.. should seriously consider a less hypocritical approuch towards things.. i mean mute for CAPS then go right around and cap for the rest of the day ( hi moleboy!) is sort of ... hmm well you know.
don't boot people for bug abusing when for 1 you have no proof of it. 2 your using info from an alleged abuser herself ( kyoshi cough kyoshi).
also.. about abuse... announce has got to change -.- or.. just take moleboy's announce away would be a great start!! when theres a bijuii.. kages shouldn't be able to war another kage in revenge becuase the other kage booted them off server when they tried to get the bijuiii for no good reason at all..
