my ides is that gaaras should have a summon sand like aburames have bugs and stuff so they should be able to summon up to 3 sand things that can be used to attack like bugs

b specific or then it isnt a idea.....u might as well make gaara summon squrrels to attack lik bugs.........

Gaaras dont need Sand summons since they have UVs (my term for jutsu made on contact)
