1.) No avoiding cussing censors just to irritate me, or because you get angry
Punshiment: 5-10 minute mute

2.) Absolutely NO RACIAL/RELIGION/PREJUDICE/DISCRIMINATION whatsoever...
Punishment: 10-30 Minute Mute/Blind

3.) No Sexual terms or Mature/Sexual links or comments.
Punishment: 5-30 Minute Mute

4.) No Spamming. Period (.).
Punishment: Mute, varying times.

5.) Any bugs, report them to Stego IMMEDIATELY, and NO ONE ELSE.
Abusing Bugs Punishment: Depends on the bug.

6.) Name Changes only come if the name is innapropriate, I don't want to sit there doing name changes all day to everyone.
Punishment for asking: Warning once, then Mute depending on how much it's been asked...

7.) You will not be offensive to other people anymore, as long as I'm on...Trash talk like "Your dead" or "Your goin down!" is fine, but just insulting for an arguement is bad.
Punishment: Muting

Well, I'll add more, I had a bunch of stego's on here, but I also put on the punishments as well.
