i dont know if it was the small or large bottle of sake but one of those gave 2k tai but it was only temp so it would be something to use in chuunins or for getting a bijuu stuff like that

Probably raises it when it's fixed.
I hit 10k with a regular attack on Byuken when he had Zetsumei Armour on.
