Hire people for the EST Afternoon, Foreign Country Afternoon (Lets just say Est Morning), 1 for someone who doesnt gtf off, and late night, because we have NONE FOR ANY OF THOSE TIMES. There are hosts and thats all, no rules and penalties atm and hardly anyone to help in desperate times...though I doubt they could help in freeze unless the bug was analyzed and a good verb was used against it.
