I know I had little chat about them with Kite, but I don't really get it.
To recieve membership, you pay 15 dolla, then you just like... refresh BYOND and you have it? Then you rank NC and you log on to NC and you have 3k stat boost?confused

Once you have membership you get like your own member page then you add NC as your top 3 favourites then log into NC and choose to get your Member-Boost anytime you want on NC

So basically yes
