Uhhh... they have a base.. And also they can buy it from regular sellers in the village... unless you're defire because they would just hate for you to come back to your village... sorry. >_>

missing nin dont really get anything cool they get 25% off items and get a tai attack at 223 that fails all the time wasting 3k chakra

As Criss and Prodigy said, Missing-nins dont have a village they have a base, if all missing-nins had a village they wouldnt be missing-nins anymore
