obstacle courses arent worth it because if you beat them you get about the same amount of stats you get from mold chakra which neither of them are any good but mold chakra can be used right before you rest so after you use it you rest and then you are resting in mold chakra and when you finish resting you get the stuff if it works >_>

Obstacles are worth it if you learn to do them quickly. They give random 1-200 stats.

No, UD, San Sphere, Kaiten, and other SELF blocking jutsu's will not block shurikens, simply this, if you are touched by the shurikens no mattter what health/defence/blocking attack. You are dead. Stone wall/kage bunshin is only way to stop them, and me and Sasori have mastered it lol, i've done it like 30 times now :D

Sand Sphere Is Usefull for lots of different things, if ur far away the garra just uses sand burial , if ur near him he goes into sand sphere so u cant hit him , plus if hes fast enough hell spike u

i beat sands twice and didnt get anymore than 4 in one stat ill have to beat it again with my stone wall and see if i can get more...it takes a while because its bugged and randomly pops up out of no where >_>
