wat does gen do? i really wanna know since people are talkin about it

having higher gen just makes SOME of your jutsus more damage not all of them, it doenst affect oiroke or henge no jutsu, and then like you said it can prevent people from neck binding but also can decrease the damage you take from being neckbinded, plus uchihas need it to hold people for longer with there freezes, having higher gen will make you held for less long and sometimes you can break out instantly depending on you and your opponents gen

What would saanin caps be anyway? since kage cap is 10k more then Anbu lt.-elite so the cap would increase by 5-10k?
