As a sound exclusive it would be overpowered a bit so yeah it should be for everyone.

a waste of time in my opinion..... v.4 psh, the veterans know v.8 isnt compared ....to a certain v.1 that will be out by december of this year.... -_\'' its been slow..... menzu might know of what i speak, but anyways nice icons so ive seen... :nice work peoples you guys/ladies are talented ....

Melissa please do not try to be a wiseass, its pretty obvious I am talking about the game not the manga/anime/ If it were like that might as well make Raikiri/Rasengan one hit kills like they are supposed to be.

Also those you mentioned dont even have CS or have been alluded to have it. In the game sound members will always have CS. And again please show me a member(in the game if its not clear)who wouldnt use CS

Cool idea's the only one i dont like is Shunshin no Jutsu.
I think thats a Gaara only move. ( yeah i'm a gaara so what )
Cause then it is like... Gaara using the 8 gates O.o.
