ALso Malphas I am a kage, But I don't think Kages should have a special jutsu. Since sure kages are supposed to be strong but then it'll ruin the chance for someone else to become a kage. ok jake listen to me faggot,i am facing a lvl 300+ cs2 medic while im a 350+reverted,u get sta increase in cs to 100k+,i dont get anything so when u do chi on me,ur using cs2,when i do it,im not using anything,ill tell u this,i can own any1 reverted other than the strong dudes Kazuma,Criss,Damian and Titanic.Nara kageri can own me with the chakra blast,but he wont stand a chance in reverted form,now dont take this offensive kageri.
