If you are going to "balance" stuff dont do it by parts.
Doryuudan got the "lets make this useless" treatment, I hear Stone special will get nerfed well Sand's village special is basically spammable and goes through all defenses including UD, is a homing with no trace so you cant even dodge.
Oh yeah by the way Medic's Slice Tendons goes through Hyuugas defensive jutsus.
