As of now it is very easy to become genin and slightly hard for chuunin and the rest is just training... But what if we made it so it was tougher like in the show, for example a jounin holds genin exams once a week allowing all genin to train(This will need caps raised)and make it alil harder to use jutsu's perfectly so they'll have to use Henge 100 times before perfected and have ninja questions not show questions on the exams so basically after you take the genin exam you show the jounin that you know how to use Henge. Also Kawarime is replacment jutsu, it should be like afterimage in Budokai, you use it and when you are attacked you go into Kawarime and a log takes your place. Each village will be allowed 1 jounin for every 3 genin or just give some amount like 10 a village and that jounin will train his squad (for when you add in sparring) and prepare them for the chuunins. Now for the chuunins they will be held by kage's atleast two need to be on(or mods whatever you choose) and they are held once every two weeks. First the written exam which (if you add mind transfer, and third eye and stuff like other cheating moves) then you are required to cheat during the exam. Now for the forest of death you will join with your fellow genin squad and fight other squads to get their scroll or trick them into getting their scroll. (This could work because chuunin exams will be a big event) Then we hold the 1 on 1 matches the next day. And after watching all the genin fight one on one the kage's will choose who from their village(sannin can replace kage if kage is not on) will become chuunin.
OTHER IDEA'S
Make it so when you henge into someone your name becomes theirs and you stay in henge until you shut it off or run out of chakra. This makes it so you can trick other squads in the forest of death into letting you hold their scroll or to get a quick cheap shot.
Make it so you can jump behind someone and tie them up and you could KO people and after like 5 minutes they wake up and can move around freely.
Make it so kage's can put their village ninja's on missions like spy on the other village or blah blah blah. And if you can make it so that you (being kage) can add on that they did a () rank mission and you can check up on how many of what type of missions they did.
Get your turf iconers to make destructable environments and more building icons so you can have more buildings in the villages and when people raid the buildings can get destroyed and depending on how much damage(if you do mightyme's plan with village money) it auto fixes itself if you have the right amount of yen in the village bank.
Make bingo books keeping track of village nins that go missing or opposite village nins that could be a possible threat(Entries added my sannin and kage)
Since it's going to be a crime to kill your own village nins soon(Hopfully) then make it so if your Uchiha you have to kill 10 of your own villagers(different and above level 50-100) and leave your village to get Mangekyou(since we dont have a best friend system)
Make it so in Kyuubi with two tails that the chakra attacks on it's own
Make speed stats so people can dodge like Sasuke dodged naruto with Sharingan 3 on because he could read the moves quickly
More items and clothing and more things that you can put your money to good use with.
Must be chuunin+ to challenge for kage position
You could make treaty's with other villages and plan a raid like the Raid on Konoha with Sand and Sound

2.Some of the other idea's are complicated wanna keep the game pretty basic and easy to learn because we'll have soo many noobs asking too much questions (there already is alot of noobs who ask too much questions even though there is a guide Which is annoying as hell!)

Well chewwy some people have better stuff to do then watch chuunins... after awhile people would be like when is chuunins? when is chuunins? OMG I WANT CHUUNINS!
don't host chuunins every two weeks.. thats just stupid, i can get a character godly stats and lvl in two weeks.. keep it at 3 hours or once every 2 reboots..
i like everything but the length in chuunin for the chuunin ideas
i do not like the sharingan thing.. i don't want to have to leave my village to get mangekyou.. and that would also lead to a pwipe since people already have mangekyou, so just no on that one..
i don't like how you can hide behind someone and then ko them it makes it too easy its like... *themightyme jumps out from behind a tree and one hits kaz* "aren't i strong i just beat kaz cause i hid behind a tree!!"
I also like there being able to be at "war" with villages and being able to have treatys too, though they should only aloud to be able to bring one ally into their war per war..
make it so that the genin test doesn't make you a genin as soon as you pass it but wait and show who passed and who failed after like 10 minutes (pass is 60%+) then pair genin up based on their grades like in the show, making this there perminent sqaud, and then they can have like another sqaud where they can go onto different sqauds with different people to do missions and such (make a jounin or chuunin as the perminent sqaud leader)

Okay I just watched the forest of death episode on Cartoon Network so I got some stupid idea's xD but yeak the chuunin idea was alil dumb and so was the knock out one xD
What if Jounin could decide to become a Tobuketsu Jounin and if they get 3 genin to become there students then they get the rank Tobuketsu Jounin and the Tobuketsu Jounin can train themselves or the team like this -Tabs/commands- _______ |Students| |_______|

Spar Students/command/teleports you all to a small fenced in forest area where the genin have to kill the jounin and after that they get teleported out/can only be used once every 1 hour.
i think that some moves should be considered as clan specials instead of just having clan traits.. like the last move they learn should be MUCH better than the rest of their clan moves.. like a kaguyas sawarbi no mai hits the exact same amount as tessenka no mai and it costs 10k chakra and has a delay of like 20 seconds to even use a move again..
*note* kaguyas should be able to combo their dances like kimimaro did, when he used sawa then like morphed into the bone to move around to his enemy then was about to use tessenka and sawa should stop people from moving.. i mean if you got a hundred bones as hard as steel just pop up from the ground and stab you multiple times do you thing that you would just get up and walk away?
Technically he did, I think if Gaara did not use his sand as a nimbus cloud for him and Lee they would'nt be able to move after the bones hit them >.> Just a guess
