well i was thinking that since mal is gone and there is no kage on right now for cloud can you make a temp kage so that people like me can get above chuunin rank... mole told me to raise other stats besides chakra (im a haku) so i raised chakra and stam to cap and now its just annoying.. and i can't start missions either so please make a temp kage..
