well,i was thinking, lots of ppl want cs, but why? 1. they think its cool 2. gives u a nice boost 3. it's hard to get. my idea is to modify the way u get cs, not talking to oro but make oro a raid like kyuubi and shu. u have 25% chance to get cs and u only get cs1, for u to get cs2 u need to have a certain lvl, not 2 low but not 2 high and make a mission. this mission should exist instead of oro1 and oro2 for cs users and, of course, be a cs user exclusive mission that gives the oro2 normal stat boost. ppl who got cs cant make oro2, instead of it they have missions like kill naruto xD (<-- stupid idea). the cs1 will give u a 2.5 boost but the cs2 boost should stay as it's now and when u get cs u have the chance to choose between stay in ur actual village or become a sound nin, if u become a sound nin, u'll get the cloths, etc, u won't be able to get a bijuu and u'll have to forget two old village jutsus, if u stay on ur village u dont have to forget any jutsu and u wont be able to get a bijuu. if u choose to go to sound u wont be able to summon nothing but snakes too.

I HATE THE IDEA OF STUFF BEING BASED OFF OF LEVELS!!!!! What do levels mean? almost nothing! my lvl 68 hyuuga is a great char that can kill anyone up to 150!
I think a better idea would be to either raise chakra cost to like 10k, or make a minimum stat cost...
the idea is to make a "limit" it dont have to be by lvl, actually it would be better if it was by overall. but what about the general idea, is it any good?

no not really but you do have a point, not just anyone should be able to go up to Orochimaru and be like Bite me bitch and then get CS, it should involve more stats and skill or something, maybe first talking to oro and doing a mission to join sound after you do the mission you can do more missions and further your way to be able to get CS and then after you pass all the missions you can have ur 10% chance at getting CS
i agree, those requirements are great, they would be for what, the mission sugested by chewyy or my cs idea? if it's for my thing i think it should be a lil higher.

Chakra training to level 46 got me to 736 OL. I like Kyuubi's idea though, that way people don't just plvl a new character to get CS, and THEN stat train. 600 is a reasonable number, do all the missions and stat train a few levels and shabam! You're at the req. Oh, and Mole... if levels don't mean anything, are you saying your Hyuuga killing people above 150 is meaningless as well? Oh! You just got served. jk Mole, we love you. We'd love you more if your server were up more than half the day though.
