leaf village special is better. jouro senbon is about the same damage as taren ken and has 3 possibilities: screw nerves, slice tendons, or just extra damage. and it has like a 25 or 50% chance to work it misses a lot for me and costs chakra so use leafs special. leafs special is massive damage and can be used with your low chakra and can own with follow
but if he gets jouro senbon that could really help him in battle, he has to chakra train soon anyway for when he gets a bijuu, and if he has jouro senbon then if he does hit it helps him own them faster
jouro senbon is cool the only problem is it fails like 75% of the time on me, leafs village special is no chakra cost so can be used any time and does ownage damage so thats why i would get that
