First off, in the anime, they go on missions to capture the bijuus. In V4, we shud b able to capture bijuus like the 2 tail demon cat and that 3 tail thing, and Shukaku. Also, the akat leader does nothing except say ur worthless when u die. You cud make it so that he wud be the one that tells u to go on missions. This mission format for Akats will also attract mroe ppl to join akatsuki and therefore making it a tiny bit better with its bad jutsus...
Yea, well obviously ur not akat because ud kno that bijuu stealing is retarded. With these missions, u wud take Shukaku from Gaara or take the demon cat from that girl from cloud, and capture that 3 tail thing in the middle of the ocean(near mist). u wudnt lose chakra. The last mission shud b like go to leaf and jack naruto's bijuu. And akat jutsus r so extremely bad it's not even funny... either way too weak or uses too much chakra for the same exact dmg as another jutsu...
