Im in leaf and im a non clan gaara so what village should i reborn 2 so i can have even more jutsus cuz i was thinking about mist and i need others opinions
sands hits 3 times and is low chakra cost which is why its good but it has short range. shoots one attack, and wehn it dissapears or hits someone, then the 2nd comes out and then the 3rd, you never have more than one out at a time. each hit is about the same damage as the other homings (idk about sounds but dont worry about it) so its 3 times more damage and is probably the easiest on your chakra. mists is one attack doing a ton of damage with long range. then clouds is most chakra and has quickest recharge doing ok damage.
