Okay, Moleboy and myself have already made "Clans" Death Moles and Aaiske. I think in V4 there should be a system built in, where Stego and or Mole gets to give people powers to make Clans and we each can send you clan clothes and such so you can program them in (More efficient). By clans, i don't mean like we already have, these are secondary clans, with no jutsus, just for chat,clothes,and maybe even a clan house

there could be a clan say and who. and then you can have a war tab for clan leader that can war other clans. and when you hit "who" it will say like member or commander or leader next to their name. the leader is the one who started it. the commander (you can have any amount of these you want) can recruit people into their clan or kick just like the leader can (only it cant war.) then the members cant kick or recruit but they can leave.
make clan houses and costumize them to the fullest having your own clan npcs and water and mountains in clan houses along with ramen and a vet
clan npcs attack everyone around the house thats not in the clan and thre attack should be custom to how much we pay you
yes... like verything it comes at a price to buy the houses lets say 200k small 600k large mountains for 80k water for 80k nins cost will be based on attack such as 1k attack for every 30k paid sounds fair dont wanna make them too uber nad hit in the millions and 20k per nin anyway XD
hell starting clans itself should cost money say around 100k a clan?
the way the payment works is stego will come on make a little thngy about them on forums post what you want on the forum for your clan house and what you want in it such as
1 large house and a mountain would be 680k stego would come on get your yen then put the stuff in XD
idk maybe if it didnt let you use your normal clan characters in wars and you had to make one that starts out at level 300 or 310 and you choose whatever combo you want and it can only be used in wars (like guildwars) so its only skill and you cant win because you have the good people unless one clan just has more people
i know that if their are clans in v4 everyone will join the same clan because its the best so unless someone can think of a way to make it where one clan cant overpower all the others.... maybe if their was a limit to the amount of people that can be in a clan, it wont stop one clan from being better than all the others but littler clans will be able to fight because they cant get in the best one so they start one
