Stego i think NC would be more interesting if there was a mix of clans. But so they are not the best you could add consequences such as you dont learn all the clans moves.

It gives less than 2x for stam, chakra, and genjutsu. And why the hell does he give genjutsu? A blind person could tell Gaara has no physical power without Shukaku and Shukaku was beating CS Sasuke..So he should give taijutsu if anything.. Also if anyone thinks Shukaku is a weak demon then think twice....
