In NC, we try to make everything balanced according to its characteristics. It all depends on how you train your character and what style you like.
To those that are making a NC game guide.
1. Try not to be biased. 2. Up-to-date information is required and constantly update as we go. 3. Your guide will be moved here only if it is complete or nearly comprehendable. 4. Make your guide presentable. Do not cram everything in. 5. It would be nice if you would add your e-mail address at the end of your guide so that people may contact you if they got any concerns. *Your guide will be moved back to "Naruto Chronology" forums section if it lacks attention or I feel that it is old or inappropariate anymore.*

yes you get a 3k bonus to stam/tai/gen/chakra/nin you are aloud to reply to topics but you cant make one in this section, to get a topic in here you have to make a guide and stego will move it if its decent
