i know that they dont get Chidori or a different "jab" as called on the english dubs but it is refernced that lee has one so maybe add one for the lees.

He can't do it. He doesn't have Sharingan so he says he can't do it. And he isn't talking about anything chakra-like. He is saying he couldn't even attack head on without getting hurt.
Every person in Naruto can use chidori, even Lee, he was saying that sharingan alows the user to actually be able to see and move when using chidori, cause chidori makes you have tunnel vision(Meaning you only can see in about a 10 radius, but sharingan, and byakugan disable this effect. {ADDITION} And Lee can do a speacial jab, he said he wouldn't though, Lee's already can do that he was saying Sasuke is brave(and well ballsy) for doing a straight up jab...
Menzu this is why you can't make an effecient Naruto game if you based it totally off of the manga. I'm probably one of the few if not the only person that understands the Chidori concept or Naruto world concept in general.
Chidori needs chakra concentrated to the arms. Lee cannot do this. And even IF he could, he would need to have the lightning element. UCHIHAS can use more than 2 elements because of them being able to copy certain jutsu. There is a few jutsu they cannot copy such as clan secrets, if something invovles a scroll to learn the jutsu then you can't copy it and you can't copy S-rank jutsu. Lee can't do any special jab that we can't do. And really it isn't a jab, it's a thrust, where you put the face of your hand on the person's body. Except with tons of chakra and a element mixed into it.
Rasengan is similar except when we see it in the anime it has no element and it is push the energy of chakra. In the manga Naruto mixes Wind with Rasengan making it the ultimate jutsu.
Maka, alot, or all of what you say I already know, and I bet about over 80% people who have registered also know that, all the other stuff you say is just a load of sh**. You don't understand that chidori isn't a l;ightning element, chidori is a perfect stat of ninjutsu between taijutsu, so yes you do us chakra, but EVERYONE has chakra, even Lee so he is still able to do this. And sharingan has NOTHING to do with chidori, execpt, that you can cancel out the effects of chidori, which is tunnel vision.
What are you talking about? You don't read the manga is why you don't know. Kakashi in the manga recently talks about how the reason why Sasuke can use Chidori and taught him Chidori in the 1st place is because he has Sharingan and he is of the Lightning element. His is probably weaker than Kakashi's because Kakashi's first and foremost element is Lightning.
If Kishimoto didn't decide to put in elements being weaknesses and strengths then I would agree with you. But Kakashi's Raikiri versus Kakazu's Steel skin(Earth) proves that it is Lightning.
2) you dont need sharingon but if you do , you dont get tunnel vision wile using chidori
3) lee cant do chi cuz he cant use nin. Most of you will say he still has chakra and yes he can control it in the same way the 5th can as in just sending it to one part of your body to make it stronger but he can not release it as needed to use chidori cuz ninjutsu if im not mistaken , is the art of releasing chakra in difrent ways to get diff effects (ex: sasukes fire ball, his chakra is sent to his lungs the releases it and turns it into fire useing his hand signs) also if you want to make it simple. you need hand signs to use chi , releasing chakra and useing hand signs=nin or gen, lee= cant use nin or gen , chidori=need hand signs so chi=nin so there for lee=cant use chi

And I don't know why the hell you guys are calling whatever you are talking about tunnel vision...must be a dub thing..anyway, with Sharingan you can dodge a counter attack from the opponent. Because when using Chidori you must be going super fast, so fast you can't stop yourself if someone counters. Basically because you can't see it. Without Sharingan, Sasuke would have been dead when he used Chidori on Gaara when he was in his sand sphere.
