A). Doujutsu replacements:

So far I have noticed, Sharingan, and byokugan are just about totally useless(Not counting 128/64 palms/ama/tsuk). So I was thinking this;
Sharingan:
Iluminate: Make it auto!!!
[Add skill]Copy: Make it so you can copy a jutsu when an enemy uses it. It will permenatly take away 500 chakra, and cost 1k chakra. It gives you one and only one jutsu, the jutsu's chakra cost is doubled. If you try to copy another jutsu it will replace your old one.

Sharingan 2:
Copy: It now allows you two copy two jutsu's, with the same description as last time.

Sharingan 3:
Sharingan Freeze: Make sharingan freeze slow people down instead of freezing them, this replicates what sharingan actually does.
Copy: You can now copy three jutsu's, same description *As stated above*.

Mangekyou Sharingan:
Sharingan Freeze: You freeze the enemy for 3 seconds, then they are slow depending on your gen.
Copy: You don't have to pay permanet chakra to steal jutsu's, it also does not cost double to use the jutsu.


Byokugan:
[Add ability]Illuminate: As seen in the show, Neji checks the bunshins chakra to see who is the real person, however he can't do this with kage bunshins since they are all equal.
[Add ability]Read Mind: As seen in the show Neji, Hinata, and Hiashi can read peoples minds with byokugan(A more advanced sharingan). So to implament reading a persons mind, it will show you all of there ninjutsu/genjutsu/taijutsu, in a proc like this:

B). New Taijutsu moves/combo's with real working iconstates:


Naruto Uzumaki U Barrage, a 6 hit combo, that is done by having four kage bunshins out, then you knock your oponet into the bunshins, each one by one they hit him up till the last hits him up into the air, you then jump up and knock him down with your foot.

Lion Combo, a 5 hit combo, it uses the intense speed of sharingan to slow the enemy and then hit him with punches twice, kick him in air then stop him in air by another kick then you sludgehammer your hands down on his head to the ground.

Asshou/shougeki, a tai combo, that can be used after ANY move almost instantly, you swing your arm in a punch formation and spin.

Tokken/houshou, another tai combo where the user does a spinning kick around, that can be used after any move.

Shougeki shou/ganeki, this is another tai combo with a barrage of kicks and punches as you turn around.

Taren Ken, this is the best tai combo, doing a super punch that spins around you.

64 palms, this is a move where the user has byakugan to see each of your chakra points and block them with gentelfist technique, first starting with 1, then 2, then 4, then 8, then 16, then 32, then finnaly 64 strikes using the 8 triagrams.

128 palms, this is a move where the user has a more advanced byakugan to see each of your chakra points and blocks them with gentle fist technique, first starting with 1, then 2, then 4, then 8, then 16, then 32, then 64, then 128 hitting all of the chakra points twice with 8 triagrams.





C).Legendary seven swordsman


I think you should make a organization(Like in the show) called "The Legendary Seven Swordsman". Here is all teh info about them that I will give.

Seven shinobi-gatana
You have a 10% chance of getting into here, if you are a mist nin you get 25%.
You randomlystart out with one of the weapons below;
Zabuza's Cleaver, Kisame's Blade, Demonwind Katana, The Mikkyo Blade, The Zetsumi Sword, The Shugenja kunai, and Raiga Daito.I will make bases for you to work off of.

Swords powers(From least to greatest):

1).The Shugenja Kunai, the Shugenja were one of the original ninja clans who use to be farmers, then inhanced all the regular ninja weapons for there uses, their clan leader made a speacial kunai which he kept on his back, he used it as a sword and could throw it and would boomerang back to him. So he would never need anymore throwing, or close to combat weapons. A X mist ninja was out to destroy this clan when he got to the clan leader he killed him and took his blade, then with this new blade he joined as in the sevenshinobi-gatana.

2).Demon Wind Katana, only two of these weapons were crafted. One was lost in a village war of Leaf, and Sand, the other was kept in a shop by a mist villager. This blade has the power(When thrown/attacked) has the power to split, making it to double the damage. The shop was robbed and the sword taken, the man who owns the sword now is in the seven shinobi-gatana.

3).The Mikkyo Blade, this was a regular sword past dwon from generations. When it finnaly was caught down into a shinobi's hands it used in battle. The battle happened to be the legendary bijuu attack of Nibi the two tailed cat! This sword happened to weakn the monter before an akatsuki sealed the demon into herself. The blade was enchanted to have the blood of the demon cat running through it, the blade was then called the Mikkyo blade meaning, It gave you the ability to enhance ones power/strength(Stam/Tai), but the blade being just a regular sword.

4).Zabuza's cleaver, this sword was crafted by Zabuza Momochi, it was said to be the sharpest blade in the land, the sword was so strong and sharp that he could swing it around and throw it just like a kunai, and it would deal a GREAt amount of damage. He kept a whole in the middle to lower wind resistance. It was also indestructable, noone could break it so he could block jutsu's and other things with it!

5).Zetsumi blade is a blood red blade with four different blades on it, making the appearnace of a blood red shuriken. It does 4x the damage when thrown/attacked with the four blades. It is said to be the rarest strongest blade in the world! It is worth a pretty penny to!

6).Raiga Daito, he is the third none 7 shinobi-gatanas. This blade is a very sharp blade like Zabuza's with a lightning sheild and power to it. Only people with the power of lightning can hold/use this blade. It has been said that Kakashi used Mangekyou Sharingan to copy the swords movement to make Lightning Blade his main attack!

7).Kisame's Blade, the blades name is Samehada. Which means Shark blade. The dreaded sword is actually bad for the user too! The sword takes away alot of chakra just using it, but the sword molds its chakra to make itself a jutsu that rips the enemy to shreads on contact, just like a shark. Only the very strong can use this blade, and is feared by everyone, even Kisame...

And thats all! These swords should be as good as bijuu's in strength seeing on how hard they are to get!





D).Homing suggestions


1).How about this! I will tell Stego how to code this (If he doesn't alredy know :D) When you shoot a jutsu every 3 tiles it move from it will make a turn towards then enemy, in other words sloppy homing. So they still can be dodged and outran and they aren't insanely crazy all up in yo ***. OR.

2).You can have it so homing jutsu's are slower, like spawn(5)movement so that they take a half a second break between movements! So it is WAYY easier to dodge but still is chasin ya! OR.

3).Make it so that they can only make 4 direction spaces NORTHWEST() return NORTHEAST() return SOUTHWEST() return SOUTHEAST() return. So that the jutsu can only move left right north and south, making it harder to hit you directly, and slower. OR.

4).You can make it only have 10 movement tiles. Making so if you run away ten spaces your out of range and it can't touch ya :D. OR.
You can control the jutsu littereally, like the puppet use to be with West East South North Northwest Nourtheast Southwest Southeast making it actually skillful to use homoing jutsu's. OR.

5).Make it like Shibari where you press the name then press Extend Shadow, execpt it is Home. The spawn time would be Spawn(10) between every time you can press home(1 second), making it very fun, but difficult to use homing jutsu's, and what would be cool if you add this command make it take 2.5k chakra when you use Home but you can use Home for every ninjutsu technique! So it is non abuseable non overpowered fun!

Thats what you could do to stop the homing stuff so you should vote on my ideas!. OR.
6). Keep homing how they are... Or.

7). Delete homing intirely... -.-


E).Some new missions


mission name B 2

in mission B1 a chuunin rank mission you ahve to escort the bridge builder across mist bridge the problem is 1 hit from a mistnin and hes dead the bridge builder should be located by the fisherman south of leaf and this mission will give the same boost as haku

Mission S1 2,


The Metriod from Star village was stolen, some say that it is hidden INSIDE Star village. Find it and obtain it's true power!
Once you are done you only get a stat boost no money, so stat boost is prety big

Mission S4 2

if you add this one could you make oro2 S5.anyway in this mission the sound 5 are out causing trouble at different locations across the map beat them all and recive your reward this mission should not give as big of a boost as oro2 but close to it

mission S3 2

kimmimaru is causing trouble south of sound go find and put a end to it this boost should be the same as normal S3

C 2

a old lady has lost her dog somewhere in leaf village go find it and recive a 2000yen reward

S2 3
A Hunter-Nin was spotted outside Stone village, all ANBU attack! And come back for your reward.

S5
An Akatsuki member has sealed a bijuu into himself and is killing cloud villagers, he also took ther hidden scroll! So kill him and take back Clouds hidden scroll!

S5 2

naruto has gone out of conrol!!!!!! kyuubi has taken over narutos body stop him before he does some serious damage!!!



S5 3
Sasuke is back and he wants a rematch!Find Sasuke at The Valley Of The End and fight him to the death. You cannot use a squad for this mission.(Make a blocker so Sasuke can't leave Valley Of The End)(You must have killed Sasuke before to do this mission)



S6 the final mission

oro is back and this time with a stronger revived sound 5 for this mission to work there should be anthor hideout made somwhere around the map guarded on the inside by sound nin and the stronger sound 5 lies oro3 the hardest npc in the game but gives the biggest boost in the game

for missions s5-s6 you need to be a sanin to start em



F).New war system:


Have a bigger battlefield, also maybe a capture the flag scenario? There should be a 10 minute timer between wars, and the village being warred has a chance for diplomacy. Also don't have the spawns facing eachother so you can just use one jutsu and kill everyone on other side. And during wars there should be NPC's of your village to help you out during the fight! The winner should get 5k out of kages bank account. And kages could pay off other villages for 5k anyways.


G). Kage commands:


There should be a command to make Leaf NPC disappear, so other can come in. Also add a command to demote people, say someone was a bad kage and let his friends all be ANBU Elites, well demote him and the others, OR intirely take away demote/promote commands, and once you get to a certain lvl,and atleast chuunin, you get to be a jounin, and so on... Kages also should be able to upgraade there village NPC's. Like 100 in all there stats for 50k.


H). Sensei, students


If you are a jounin rank/sannin rank you have a command in Commands, Create Team. You can create the team and if your jounin accept one person(He can never leave the team), and if your sannin only 1(He can leave the team when you kick him out). Once you first get jounin you get to pick what you will speacilizer in for your students, say I pick nin and someone is an uchiha, well they will want to get me as there sensei. When you are sensei there should be around atleast 50 Team only missions. This will put more RP into the game and be funner for student and sensei!

--Akatsuki/Missing-Nin/Hunter-Nin--

**Missing-Nin is a primary step to join Akatsuki/Hunter-Nin, you must be a Missing-Nin first to be accepted. You may stay as Missing-Nin if you wish to.
**To become Akatsuki, go to the Akatsuki base. Atleast level 200 to get accepted by Zetsu. OR you may get some discount if you are able to find Kisame somewhere hidden in the map.. It is 100% to join. No failures as long as you meet the requirement of level 200.
**To become a Hunter-Nin, go to the Akatsuki base. Need to be level 100 to get accepted by Hunter-Nin Captain.You can gain ranks from Hunter-Nin,Hunter-Nin Elite,Hunter-Nin Captain.
**You can become a Missing-Nin whenever you want by leaving your village. HOWEVER, once you leave THERE IS NO TURNING BACK!!! So choose wisely. There is "Leave Village" under commands, press that and you'll be brought through the process. But you can cancle it if you pressed it by accident. Missing-Nins are also a association like Akatsuki and you guys have a leader to carry you guys through a war.
**Hunter-Nin can assassainate people for money. They also can raid villages and kill NPC's. Hunter-Nin have a leader(Which is captain rank) He acts as kage.
**NOTE: -Akatsuki,Missing-Nin and Hunter-Nin doesn't have any mission to gain Yen. In doing so, Akatsuki,Missing-Nin and Hunter-Nin can defeat other players to steal their Yen on hand. (Their Yen is safe in the bank). However, Akatsuki,Missing-Nin and Hunter-Nin can lose their Yen on hand if they are killed by other players also.
- Akatsuki/Missing-Nin/Hunter-Nin get about 25% discount from their own weapon sales person in their hideout.

{ADDED STORY}

Hunter-Nins soul job is to go down and kill Missing-Nins. Hunter-Nins are assassains for the kage if a kage wants someone killed the Hunter-Nins execute the command. ANBU attack the Huntr-Nins though, because a Hunter-Nin betrayed a kage and attacked him, so there for all Hunter-Nins were then gaven a order to be killed by the ANBU, so there fore all Hunter-Nin where then indoubtbly gaven the title missing-nin. But the Hunter-Nin were not accepted by the Missing-Nin, because they killed them, and they weren't accepted by village(s),because they attacked kages, so they started there own organization assassainating people for there Hunter-Nin captain. Hunter-Nins only kill Chuunin rank, Jounin rank, ANBU rank, Kage rank, and Missing-Nin rank. They do not kill genin for that the reason they do not beleive they are ninja's. So Hunter-Nin are very good trackers also they can assanate anyone you want...but for a price. Hunter-Nins get 50% of money taken from enemies wallet.If a Hunter-Nin kills a Missing-Nin it gets a item called head. He can sell heads for 500 yen each.


K).More new missions:

The dogs have escaped from the kage building run around the village trying to caprture all 3 of them, then talk to me once you are done.", (Captures 3 dogs) "Here is your reward", "1,000 yen has been added to your invetory".

C Mission: (I want to all the details) "Escort" "Go to leaf village and find the bridge builder. Then go to mist village bridge. He can't be killed by any mist nin or you will fail!"

[lvl: 50]Kugutsu Mujin Bakujin(Puppet Technique: Infinite Explosive Blades) = Shoots four explosive kunai out of your Puppet. - {Requires puppet out} - Shoots four Kunai notes at enemy from puppet. costs 500 chakra

[lvl: 70]Kugutsu Kaijin Tensen(Puppet Technique: Revolving Blade Heavenly Drill) = Your Puppet spins rapidly with two blades out slashing anyone in his way. - {Requires puppet out}. - Your puppet does tsuuga for 500 chakra

[lvl: 80]Kurohigi Kiki Ippatsu(Black Secret Technique Machine One Shot) = Your puppet gets two scythe blades and attacks the user in front of it. - {Requires puppet out} - Does immense damage to anyone within 1 space of your puppet costs 1k chakra

[lvl: 100]Kurohigi Kiki Nihatsu (Black Secret Technique Machine Two Shot) = Your puppet turns into two sythe blades that come out and attack the user in front of you. - {Does not require puppet out} - Does immense damage around you costs 2k chakra

[lvl: 25]Mind Transfer Body Technique(Shintenshin no Jutsu) - You switch mind and body with the opponet. - Technically you just switch users and the opponet can't move costing chakra.

[lvl: 50]Art Of Valentine(Goujahou Jihou) - Hurts her/himself doing damage to both you and him/her.{Requires Shintenshin no Jutsu} - Hurts her/himself so you hurt yourself doing immense damage both to you and your opponet.

[lvl: 75]Mind Body Disturbance Technique(Shinshin Dou no Jutsu) - Can attack people with the person you have transfered. - You use a different type of Mind Transfer Body Technique so you can attack with your opponets body. Costing immense chakra

[lvl: 100]Mind Transfer Hair Technique(Shinten Kesa no Jutsu) - You use Mind Transfer Body Technique on an object which imobilizes the enemy and doing immence damage. - You trap someone with an object using this jutsu. It does damage when first hit and after that like shibari holding them for ALOT of chakra.

[lvl: 20]Harem no Jutsu(Sexy no jutsu) - You make 5 bunshins then they turn into orioke no jutsu, damaging the enemy by 10% of his health and freezing him!

[lvl]: 25]Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu(Thousand Sadow Clones no jutsu) - You make 10 clones for you two fight for you, you can also use regular Kage bunshin and make 6 more!

[lvl: 40]Naruto Uzumaki U Barrage(Naruto Uzumaki U Barrage) - You hi the enemy 6 times total with four bunshins out, to do alot of damage.

[lvl: 70]Kyuubi Shouitsu(Fox Heal) - You can heal yourself by 5% of your health for ALOT of chakra.
