So far I have noticed, Sharingan, and byokugan are just about totally useless(Not counting 128/64 palms/ama/tsuk). So I was thinking this; Sharingan: Iluminate: Make it auto!!! [Add skill]Copy: Make it so you can copy a jutsu when an enemy uses it. It will permenatly take away 500 chakra, and cost 1k chakra. It gives you one and only one jutsu, the jutsu's chakra cost is doubled. If you try to copy another jutsu it will replace your old one.
Sharingan 2: Copy: It now allows you two copy two jutsu's, with the same description as last time.
Sharingan 3: Sharingan Freeze: Make sharingan freeze slow people down instead of freezing them, this replicates what sharingan actually does. Copy: You can now copy three jutsu's, same description *As stated above*.
Mangekyou Sharingan: Sharingan Freeze: You freeze the enemy for 3 seconds, then they are slow depending on your gen. Copy: You don't have to pay permanet chakra to steal jutsu's, it also does not cost double to use the jutsu.
Byokugan: [Add ability]Illuminate: As seen in the show, Neji checks the bunshins chakra to see who is the real person, however he can't do this with kage bunshins since they are all equal. [Add ability]Read Mind: As seen in the show Neji, Hinata, and Hiashi can read peoples minds with byokugan(A more advanced sharingan). So to implament reading a persons mind, it will show you all of there ninjutsu/genjutsu/taijutsu, in a proc like this: iflevel15[less than] //then jutsu's will be: Kawarimi,Bunshin,henge,asshou
Byokugan 2: [Add ability]355 Vision: Makes so you can see through walls, adding this to you, user.opacity = 0, so you can see through walls, and such. (They have a small unnoticeable blind spot in the cord in there eye.)
{EDIT} Uchiha's cannot copy bloodline(Clan)moves, only Village/Everyone jutsu's.
Its following the show, and it will make Uchiha's a tad bit better, but not too strong. And you could also raise the costs for the different sharingans.
the copy thing would work if you make sharingon mor like the show. make it harder to get. for example sasuke didnt get sharingon 2 till he had to fite haku so that was about 12 years so make it a lil harder to get and it will be better

But umm, as for copying.... Remove shari stun, and add copying. However, make sure only certain jutsus are copyable, any bloodline or clan jutsus shouldn't be. Also village specials shouldnt be. Also shari 1 shouldnt be able to copy, shari 2 should get 1 slot, and shari 3 and mange should get 2 slots.
I dont like these ideas uchihas are good enough really and if u dont think so u havnt really made a successfull one.I think the copying would make them to strong. As for the other stuff

Byakugan can track the chakra and the movements of the enemy knowing any action or jutsu that they might use, this is possible because the sharingan has an advanced pupil that can see through the spaces of micro atoms. Enabling them to see the enemies chakra, where there molding it, when there molding it, and where they are molding it to.This gives them the effect to actually read the enemies mind by watching there chakra, and watching there movements in your body notion and in your brain. An advanced Byakugan user can tell you are doing a jutsu/taijutsu before you actually move to hit them.
This is the mind reading effect, so it is TRUE that Hyuuga's(With byakugan) can actually read minds. And you are horribly wrong about how Sharingan can actually predict better than a Hyuuga. Sharingan actually is pretty slow. It only seems fast because it can focus on you with any of its 2-4 pupils. And sharingan has an inerasable 100% perfect memory, allowing them to copy jutsu's.
No, don't you be a bitch about it. You think Byakugan can read minds, that tells me you don't know much about Naruto. You think Chidori isn't of the lightning element, even without the manga, someone blind listening to Chidori could tell it's a Lightning jutsu.
I got that off of Naruto Fever and wikipedia... So don't say i'm lying!! And I just that that chidori was not a lightning element, cause I didn't remember Sasuke ever having to use hand signs, I just saw a re-run of the episode yesterday and saw him use hand signs, so SORRY. AND Byakugan can't read minds, "This is the mind reading effect...".
Menzu i never ****ing said that sharingan could predict movement better than the byakugan. And another thing i SOMEWHAT understand where u could think byakugan can read minds I am saying that it only predicts movement and helps the user see what where chakra is being molded but that in no way makes them able to see all the users jutsus like you want to be put in the game. And uchiha is already strong enough.

byu dosnt read minds what neji dose to hinata you dont even need byu its tru you can tell by how some one moves/dose somthing tells what they are thinking (ex: if some one moves the pupils to the to right hand corner they are remembering sumthing and if you dont belive me try it out.) so you dont need byu to see this its just easyer
o ya somone said if you lisin to chi you can tell its lighting that sound is realy the sound of birds cherping cuz chidori mean 1000 birds
