well instead of clan houses what about a clan speak that only each clan has that way people in a clan can ask others about information of that clan or what would help them get started???
Ummm... no... It is bad enough with the village speak and world speak spam. So I think there should be a village house and you can join the clan(Only if you are the clan) and then you get to use Clan speak. But some people will not want t otalk to the clan and hate it so they don't join it(The clan house). Also you could make if you join clan house you get another jutsu or sumtin...
