1.when one person uses rasengan and another uses chidori on each other, u shud make like a bubble appear around them to show that there's a clash happening or suttin. it would look kool>.> 


2. You Should let people buy tickets for like 1k yen when the chuunin exam happens so they get to watch other players take the chuunin because sumtimes people r bored an chuunins come an evry1 gettin all hype, u wanna c it for ur self so uh.. yah ^.^


3.I nvr saw anyone use katon rasengan but since u have it their u shud prolly make a katon chi? im just saying because that would b KOOL an chis my fav jutsu, an i also have it. so yah...


4. We should have bird summon, bug summon, that lizard that the dude with the scars all ovr his head can summon, temaris racoon thingy she used when she was helpin shika fight sound girl.

chidori already has an element lighting ras has no element so it can be combined with any element like fire water or earth

ya chi is lightning and ras is just chakra consentraited in to your hand so it can be combined with any element

Actually rasengan is wind... He swirls wid in his hand and concentrates the wind with chakra to make it glow!
